Ate here today for the first time. Knew it would be busy as it was right outside Euston station, but all of the tables were full outside (on a Monday lunchtime). Managed to get a table inside which was nice though as you then get table service. I ordered the chicken burger with chips and a chocolate and oreo milkshake. The milkshake was delicious! They're a bit pricey but you get around 2 and a half glasses so that's good. The food was nice too, chips were perfectly cooked and chicken was lovely. Food came out very quickly, but didn't feel rushed to finish the meal, it was a nice and easy service. My brother ordered a 'plain cheeseburger' and was even offered a choice of cheeses. So it was nice that they went out of their way to take an order not on the menu. Think the venue needs to be a bit bigger! It was busy but we didn't have to queue for long and the food was worth it. Would certainly recommend for a nice american diner type meal.

Had a breakfast meeting there this morning. They claim to do a veggie breakfast, but to be honest it was limited - pancake stack or a veggie cooked breakfast. I opted for the cooked breakfast, I didn't opt for toast (for 6.95 i expect a slice to be included!)

The sausages were vegetable, not quorn or similar. They were brown on the outside, but some of the thicker veg inside, notabley the carrot were still cold (frozen). Eggs were ok, mushrooms cold as were the baked beans. I told the waitress who said sorry and walked away. No effort made to offer a 'reheating' even.

My colleague seemed to enjoy his meatfeast. But if you are a Veggie - avoid at all costs!

Food was delicious - Could barely move after.
Chocolate milkshake... One of the nicest I have ever tasted, got about three glasses out of the jug as well.
Next time I'm going for the brekkie - Looked amazing!

I've been a fan of the original Eds Diner in Soho for well over a decade now, so their expansion to other locations both in and out of the city has left a bit of a mixed feeling - on one hand, it's great that their awesome cheesy fries can now be eaten in Leicester or Gateshead. On the other, it makes the original diner feel a little less special. Nonetheless, with their Euston location they've hit upon the perfect market for quick food with a whiff of authentic Americana.

I stopped off here en-route home for a bite, and was pleased to find the cheesy fries just as cheesy and the burgers still delicious (albeit fairly basic when compared to some of the gourmet burger joints popping up around the city). Most importantly, their milkshakes are as thick and flavourful as ever. The staff are friendly and certainly make their presence known with the singing and shouting, but that's part of the fun. Eds has never really been about fine dining, and you wouldn't expect anything parked opposite a busy commuter station to offer that. They do serve great burgers and tasty shakes at reasonable prices, and if that's all you really need after a day being worn down by the city, then they're unlikely to disappoint.

I was a bit disappointed with Ed's Diner as I had researched and it had said it was one of the best "family restaurants in London" with "chef's hats for the kids" "american themed with jukeboxes" etc. etc. The reality however was a small/medium sized diner outside Euston Station with small booths to seat 4 people. We had 7 in our party therefore we had to spread about. We dined at 11.30am before returning home on the train, and some wanted breakfast/some wanted burger or lunchtime sandwich type thing, but only breakfast was available. They wouldn't accept the voucher I had printed off their website for a free burger/hotdog with any drink.... the tables were sticky, and it just looked a bit "tired". The breakfast was cooked lovely however, a full breakfast costing £7 with mushroom, tomato, large hash brown, one sausage, bacon and a fried egg (no toast). Breakfast for 2 including soft drink each came to £19.20. I got the impression it was a themed restaurant and it's not really.
