“Finally, good coffee in Camden!”
Reviewed 22 March 2013

After working in the Camden area for over a year and being subject to many, many cups of disgusting coffee, I was most relieved to find this haven of good coffee close to my office. The service is friendly and the food is also fantastic. Highly recommended.

“Comfortable”
Reviewed 14 November 2012

So pleased to find a suitable coffee shop for a single, senior lady not in her dotage.
Delicious organic coffee, boxed fresh salad of chicken, feta cheese, dressed salad and handful of pink olives.
I ate-in downstairs, where delightful wooden desks and tables with an eclectic mix of chairs and table lamps furnished an ambient basement room. Students sat doing GCSE homework, or reading on the red leather chesterfields, or using laptops whilst they had their lunch.
So, no Mrs Mop, or smarty pants Italian here, but mixed generation where I felt totally comfortable in a modern environment. Lovely, helpful service, no pressure, and excellent choice of sandwiches, cakes and salads. Eat in or take away. Minimum seating on ground level. Steep stairs to basement. Great salads - Yum!

“Adorable!”
Reviewed 15 March 2012

Been there for a light brunch. Really enjoyed every little detail of this place! Service was nice, the waiters were cute young guys. Tasty and unusual salads and fantastic cakes! You won't find anything unhealthy, not even a Coke! There's a cute space downstairs, with soft music and warm lights. I had my brunch on a confortable sofa!

“An oasis of taste and calm on Camden High Street”
Reviewed 3 November 2011

This place opened a few months ago at the Mornington Crescent end of Camden High Street. An independent coffee shop and café, These guys really know their coffee and compliment with delicious pastries, sandwiches and salads. The highlight of the food however has to be their homemade cakes ESPECIALLY the brownies, for which they are already famous. The space on two levels is gorgeous, more Shoreditch than Camden with funky interior design and comfortable seating. The owners and staff really care about their product and service and already giving Pret next door a run for their money.
