I stayed here as a mix of business, family and leisure while going to an event at Earls Court, visiting family in London and then needing to get to Heathrow airport. The convenience for Earls Court Exhibition centre and the tube station make it an ideal location for many types of visit to London. In addition the reception and coffee shop staff are all very friendly and helpful. I had read that the rooms are a bit small but did not get to find out because we were given a complimentary upgrade to one of their privilege rooms which was typical Mercure room and very nice. Our 3 night stay was very comfortable. My only small complaint is that the room was not ready at check-in time and on one day was not cleaned until later in the day and I had already returned from a trip. Overall, this is a great place any type of stay in London and its surrounding area.

Very great location with easy link to Earls Court and short walk to Kensington High Street. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel, including rooms, were clean and tidy. Bedrooms and beds were a bit small but nothing to complain about. The breakfast was great with a lot of options and staff who couldn't do enough for you! Would definitely return.

First off, the location is perfect for Earls Court Exhibition Center and Olimpia, The Mercure is basically 5mins walking distance from Earls Court tube station.
Our room was a standard chain-hotel fare but tiny, which is quite usual in London. All was to a good standard, clean and worked well. The bathroom was of adequate size, clean with a great bathtube.

The real winner here is reception staff very friendly, and helpfull. Especially Thanks to Justyna and Jekaterina for all your kindness. No problems supplying extra complimentary water and storing suitcases.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in, thanks for short, but very pleasant stay!

Walking distance( about 20 min) to Notting Hill, and 10 min from Kensington High Street and park. Friendly and helpful straff, clean rooms, elegant lobby with bar and starbucks coffee.5 min from underground. Small rooms, but quite alright for two persons. About 20 min by tube to Oxford street. Beds a bit hard and small, but pluss for waterboiler and a selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate, and bisquits in the room, and complimentary soft drinks. Also a safe for keeping valuables in room. Comfortable bath robes, complimentary showergel and shampoo. Also a set of airplugs, in case the traffic outside would be a problem for you sleep. Breakfast in room available. Easy access from Gatwick, with train to Victoria stadion, then tube to Earls Court Road. Walk straight ahead after crossing the road.

Room tip: Based on standard double room.

Stayed in the hotel during a business trip - the first room I got was a bit loud - the ventilation system was clearly heard. After the first sleepless night I would probably be disappointed, but thanks to the extremely nice staff (especially Ms. Justyna – who was extremely helpful), I got a new room very fast and everything was fine!
Word of advice, watch out for rooms on the last floor : )

Room tip: The nearby hospital has a pretty loud vent system, don't get the rooms on the last floor.
