We stayed here for sightseeing visit in London last week in July the room was expensive for 2 adults and 2 children but reading other comments we were lucky as we were on 1st floor. The room was very warm with no air con although there was a fan supplied. Reception staff were pleasant although a little interaction like how did you day go would have made our stay more memorable. The dining room was small and staff did not seem to speak English

only the location is great, about 5 to 10 minutes from victoria station, easy access to the public transport, also train to airports.
but we werent satisfied by the hotel, were everything is tiny, the double-bed was so small, bigger for one person, but too tiny for 2 people, our bedroom was in the basement, bad experience
overall the staff was ok, one of the towel was dirty, asked to reception for change
you can check in only in the afternoon, we arrived in the morning, so we left the luggage in the hotel to start or tour.
overall the hotel was good just for the location

We spent four nights at the Airways Victoria Hotel just over a week ago. Our room was small but not unexpected. It was clean and the staff were most helpful. We were able to explore London each day on foot and found the location excellent to everything. The continental breakfast was just fine....started us out each day with croissants, cheese, meat, juices, cereal and coffee. Would recommend!

Room Tip: We requested a main floor room as there are no elevators. It was quiet. No AC but a fan was provided which did the trick.

Good location - not overly central but about a half an hour walk to the Thames, etc. and about a half an hour walk to the theatre district. Close enough to get taxis, but wouldn't recommend a taxi into the centre of London because of traffic.
Room wasn't luxurious but it was fine - a few grubby marks on walls, etc. and just budget decor.
We stayed in a 4 person room - requested as close to the ground floor as possible and got the ground floor, didn't fancy stairs.
We arrived an hour before check-in time and member of staff said there was no way we could check in early, even though we saw a 4 bed room ready as the cleaner had just swung the door open on it as she'd finished it (AND it ended up being our room) - staff should go the extra mile like that, that's the sort of thing I would remember. Left our bags in a not overly secure luggage area until we came back. Staff quite unpleasant in general, although one younger man was very pleasant and helpful in hailing taxis for us.
Alright for what we needed it for as we weren't in the room much. Room was a decent size for 4 people.

Room Tip: Ground floor as I hear there are no elevators? Not sure if this is true.

Lucky we two weren't too big otherwise we would have problems in this tiny double-bed ;) and the staff at breakfast could smile a little bit more for a perfect start in the day... But all in all it was a very pleasant stay!
