Fantastic value for money. The hotel advertises their rooms as just somewhere to lay our head. It's absoutely perfect for accomodation for a weekend in Soho. We went as a loved up couple to see the Opera and didn't really need anything bigger or more plush. We were hardly there. The courtyard was brilliant and in the evening for a couple of hours there was complimentary wine and cheese. It was fantastic to have an outdoor space in such a busy part of Soho. The rooms were well laid out and the small space was utilised really well. The bed was comfy and we had windows overlooking the music shop behind which gave us the opportunity to people watch in the morning. Perfectly located for a night out in Covent Garden or a walk round St James Park. We got really lucky with the weather and had a whole weekend of sun. I'd recommend this hotel for couples who dont plan on spending much time in the room. Really modern use of glass (wet room) with good light from 2 really large windows.

Room Tip: Queen size was still on the smal side so make sure you know exactly what you're booking

Loved staying here for two nights with my partner. Very compact, modern rooms in a friendly hotel. A well thought out space in a great location! Fab for a long weekend stay. Will definitely book again when next in London.

But they do make this very clear on the website! This was our second stay here - this time with our daughters who were equally enthused. We don't mind the rooms. They are small but have great facilities. The great features here are location and service. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location must be one of the best in London. Looking forward to the next time.

After 26y flying 40 flights/y and having visited at least 4 continents, this is the worst value for money.... Leaving the really tiny room (ok this is soho), having a room without phone, where one needs to go to the front desk to ask for something is at least funny. Large imprssive TV that did not work. No instructions so when I went to the front desk to fix it they answered :"In 5 mins nad it took them 18h" .... They decided to do a minor cleaning at 15:00 !! A tea at their bar can NOT be charged to the room but one has to pay in cash .... The opening-closing mechanism os the shades does NOT work .... And all those amenities for just 167 BP / night ( no breakfast included...). Very disapointing ....

Modern, cozy hotel. The rooms demonstrate how much you can get in a small space but there is no facility to unpack except for a row of coat hooks. Location is ideal for 1 or 2 nights where you just want somewhere to sleep but the big TV screen at the foot of the bed is a dream! The hotel is clean and we found the staff friendly and welcoming and with the free cheese and wine - Nirvana.

The location is terrific but really, if you are there only for a night or two with a small back pack each, dont even think of this place. There is no place to hang clothes, towels or to place a medium size luggage bag on the floor. Its that small. Two in a room is crowded and 4 is max, standing room only capacity. I would stay further out for the same price for a bigger space.

Small, compact, beautifully designed, great bathroom treats, great nights sleep, and free cheese and wine.

Reception was great, booking in was very easy, the lifts to the rooms were smart, all public areas were very clean, fresh flowers were stunning.

A great hotel.

Room Tip: The room I had was small, but designed to a very high standard. I Will be staying again.
