Okay , room is tiny but clean, light and ours was soundproofed more than adequately for its central location. Staff are friendly, big thanks for allowing us to leave our bags in the lobby area until the room was ready. Special shout out to Wanna who was always helpful and assisted us with knowledge of the area. Complimentary cheese and wine in the evening was a great treat. Our room had a balcony but it was drab and was bare .Where space is so minimal in the room it would be a great idea to let guests be able to use the balcony to sit down to a cuppa by giving the balcony a lick of paint and a pair of chairs with a small table on a raised wooden decking . I would happily return and recommend .

Room Tip: The apartments are away from the street and have more space

Stayed here on two business trips now and just getting round to doing the review, but its a great and trendy hotel with a really unusual and nice design. You get exactly what it says on the website and even though the rooms are small there is everything you need. My office is in Soho square so it was a 2 minute walk, and even though I was a bit late the cooked breakfast came really quickly and was lovely in the little cafe. The beds are really comfy and I had big fluffy towels. Great selection of TV channels in the room. If I had to criticise I would say the rooms on the outside are a bit noisy, but its London so nothing out of the ordinary!

Back again for our 4th visit this time with parents (80+ years old). Of course they commented on the room size but that quickly became secondary to the style of the hotel (ie the rooftop and the central courtyard), the service (ie ensuring our rooms had been serviced to our liking), the location (simply unrivalled) but most of all the staff who are so service oriented it is once again a delight to be part of it. My wife and I say it every time, but we would find it difficult to book any other hotel. Thank you again Z Hotel.

We went with my girlfriend on New Years Eve for 6 days. The place is very good because it is 5 minutes away from Leicester square. The staff is very friendly and always around when you need them.
The problem is that the rooms are extremely small. I had read the other reviews but i did not expect to be so small.
You can stay only on the bed and there is no place to put your clothes.
The Wi-Fi was rarely connecting and the speed was slow when it did.
The soundproofing is average and you can hear people from adjacent rooms (not what they are saying but hearing sound).
The bed and TV are great and the shower has always hot water.
During the night i did not have a problem with the noise from the other rooms.
I had a very good time but i did not stay there for a long time because i was outside most of the time.
If you are going to stay here book the Queen room which is the biggest of these tiny rooms.

Room Tip: Try to get to the higher floors because it is less noisy. Book only the Queen room it is much better than the others.

We went to London to see "the commitments" at the "Palace Theatre". We stayed at this hotel & found it whilst very compact surprisingly comfy. The location is second to none centrally placed with under a 20minute walk to any of the fashionable areas such as Covent Garden, Chinatown, Soho etc. The free wine & cheese is something that we really loved & went down a storm with my wife, all in all a fantastic little hotel with big charm, would recommend.
