“Very good 2 bedroom apartment”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 May 2014

Very helpful staff nice and clean apartment, we stayed in 4 without problems.
Our apartment had everything needed: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, freezer..
There are supermarket and shops very nearby and the metro is 200m away..

We have just stayed at the apartments with our friends for two nights and cannot fault them. You have everything you need and perfectly clean and comfy. It was nice to be just outside the city center and still in walking distance to bars and restaurants in Canary Wharf. We cannot praise the receptionist Aiste enough as she made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: We stayed in Room 35 and we were very happy with it.

stayed here recently over a weekend (4 adults) really great option,2 lovely bedrooms ,en suite and another bathroom, kitchen with everything you could need appliance wise .Comfy lounge with balcony. Waitrose near by for food etc. DLR 5 min walk away -Check in was easy-and 2 ladies on duty very helpful. Parking is near by,but you can drive up to take bags out. They will also store bags for you after check out .The only thing to keep in mind is if you are driving there-and relying on sat -nav -ensure you go to the UPPER level of westferry circus .Lots of eating options on doorstep-and the river service is also just outside if you want to travel down to ST Paul's,London Eye etc.

We were pretty stressed out by the time we reached these apartments because the 2 other places we stayed in England were flops. I had decided that there was an internet shortage in the UK, and we were totally out of clean clothes to boot. Then came the circus apartments to the rescue! The location is in Canary Wharf amidst a bunch of banking offices. Canary Wharf is a mere 3 stops on the Jubilee Line from London Bridge, so very accessible. The apartment is huge, with 2 bedrooms, a living room, 2 bath rooms, a kitchen, and about 4 or 5 giant closets. There is a washing machine - We must have run it nonstop for 3 days, what a life saver. There is a fridge - and a nearby Tesco Metro. We had breakfast in our sunny dining area, with a balcony and a view.

There was free wifi that was very quick and painless. TV had about 100 channels. The bedrooms were well insulated, I never heard another guest or even my own family in the next room. The bathroom ventilation was poor, so we propped open the doors constantly and that helped a lot. There was a bath AND a shower in the ENSUITE bathroom in the master bedroom. I mean, come on!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was weird mooching toilet paper off of them, but I guess that is the system in this place? There is no pool or gym.

We are a family on vacation, and this place was excellent for us. It beats staying in some cramped hotel and eating out 3 meals a day. Staying in an apartment is definitely the way to go. My big hesitation was not knowing where Canary Wharf was, but I can reassure you it is easy to get to the places you want to see, and the actual vicinity is very safe, basically a big banking area, no hoodlums or graffiti or such.

This is my second time writing this review as the one i have written a week ago was remomved.
Upon arrival we run into an issue with payment. I have paid for apartment with my debit card and the card I provided upon arrival matched by name and card number except of it being a visa card on the bill it was a master card actually. This was an error on my banks site. Staff was not kind and understanding enough, even after i provided my photo ID to prove it was me.
The man working at the front desk declined to accept my payment that i have made before the arrival.I had to pay for the hotel all over again, using a different card. I was promissed the money would be reembursed within a few days. Also I had to make a 150GBP security deposit that i was never told about. Spending this extra money was a huge inconvenience.
Free tea and coffee that i was promised were provided, the next day when i asked for some more, i was told i could get some for additional fee. Hairdryer was melted, i asked for it to be replaced and room service never followed up with me or replaced it as they have promised when i took it to the lobby. Room service is provided only once a week as well as the trash is also emteed once a week.
To top of my stay, i was told i will not get an invoice when checking out. They have told me since i made reservation throug agoda, i have to contact them for the invoice. I booked with agoda many times in the past and was always able to get a bill right at the hotel and agoda as well.
Facility was nice and spacious. Staff doesnt know how to deal customers with respect.

These are modern, spacious apartments in a great location. Our stay this time meant we had to use the car park downstairs, which is an extra 21 pounds a night. But as I got a decent deal from agoda, the blow was softened somewhat.

This is just the best place to stay if there are more than 2 of you in your party. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. I would like to live here - fullstop !!

One slight annoyance - the 10am checkout !!!!

When we read review by Caneat we thought it was maybe a bit picky. However having stayed here we have to totally agree. 2bedroom apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed, but the doors are very heavy and without doorstops close automatically, this is fine if you like each room closed off 24/7. We ended up using our meagre allowance of toilet paper to create our own stops.
Walk to tube station very pleasant, but be aware if it is Winter like our stay there is very little cover and you are likely to end up very wet if it rains. However because of next door location to Four Seasons Hotel you can generally catch a black cab outside if it is wet. Overall worth the money but could achieve even better rating with just a few simple additions.

Room Tip: If arriving late make sure you have picked up some milk before arrival. Restaurant rating based on...
