Stayed here a few times.

The restaurant is good, but underground not good for views!

Staff really friendly. Great Barman called Aiden always recognises you and makes time to talk.

Rooms are good.

Good central location, 10 mins from Liverpool Street

We stayed for one night and had a really pleasant stay. The hotel is ideally situated near to Old street Tube station. There are also numerous bars, restaurants and fast food places in the area. We were too tired to dine out so it was great to have takeaway options on the doorstep. All the staff we had contact with were really kind, friendly and attentive. Our room was on the top floor which had great views across the city. It was spacious, clean and modern with everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable with nice duvets, so good in fact that it was really hard to get out of bed in the morning and were a little late checking out. Again, the staff were really accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Would love to stay here again.

Only stayed for one night - as usual the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was the usual good standard - although being a cold day it was difficult to get the temperature up and the bathroom was cold. The only problem I had during the stay was that twice there was no one at the bar when I wanted to buy a drink (when I arrived and later on when I returned from a show) but in the morning staff were happy to direct me to the restaurant and then show me where everything was.

It was my first time in London and I stayed there because there was business meetings in the area.

Great:
- Clean
- Spacious room
- Quiet
- Easy access to underground transportation, 1 minute walking

But not so great:
- You have to pay 3 pounds for the Internet every day and can connect one device only to it. Sometimes it worked
- Far from the shopping area like oxford street and Westfield mall. Taxi from the hotel to oxford street is about 15 pound, take the underground.

However, the best burger is very close, Byron! Look it up and go. You'll love me for this.

Bus tours are cool. take the red tour though, I thought it's better than the rest. Take the cruise, you'll get nice views of big ben and London eye.

We had a short but comfortable stay and would highly recommend the breakfast. Staff were friendly and attentive without being interfering and I would definitely stay here again.

We also had an issue with a noisy fan, but managed to sleep okay.

We were on route to France and stayed here for just one night. We were really impressed by the cleanliness and smartness of the room, and the whole hotel, which was modern and busy. Duvets geat, pillows great. Room temp great. We were also impressed by the reception staff who quickly came to our aid over the self check in, and showed us how to. The hotel is well situated for restaurants and pubs and public transport. In the morning the reception staff also helped us with a local bus connection and were generally very poilte and cheerful.
Now the one sore point. The bathroom fans. We were on the tenth floor. Everytime the next door room used their bathroom the fan came on, stayed on for an eternity, and was so loud that it woke us. No sleep from about 1am to 2am and then awake at 4am ruined our stay. Please Premier Inns, make your fans quieter and make them quicker to turn off!
Otherwise we couldn't fault our stay, but the whole point is to get a good night, and we did not get that.
