Great staff, positive experience, nice food at adequate prices. They do art exhibitions and life shows sometimes. Will definitely go back.

Unassuming, wholehearted and deeply proud of what it does, 22-26 appeared out of nowhere as a regular haunt for me in the Farringdon/Clerkenwell area. A bastion for independent outlets looking to provide a service for all Londoners. For those who would like a quick stop off between meetings, or somewhere to sit and read, or somewhere to hold a meeting, an exhibition or a party, this place is perfect. Essentially, it's a pretty cool (in all senses of the word - the catacomb nature of it protects one from the desert storms of the city in mid-summer) space that is unabashedly used for everything, and happens to have top notch coffee and food available. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner or a gratuitous bagel or panini, the food is remarkably brilliant for the price, and sates the imagination as much as it fills the hole in your belly.

Fantastic space in the heart of Clerkenwell, showroom to the Living Furniture Project, an Animaux Circus mural and other exhibitions, great vibe, easy place to concentrate and get some work done, delicious food for a great price, I highly recommend the 'French Connection' baguette. Also inspired to hire the venue out for a potential party.

Stumbled across this recently, really cool long tunnel stretching back off Farringdon Lane. Nice seating outdoors for when the sun is shining but head inside for the real gem - tasty food (and amazing prices £3 for a wrap and drink), and cool chilled out atmosphere. Lovely staff. And it would make a great spot for a party, I think they do hire out for evening events too. And do check out the furniture on the way out, really cool stuff on display there and you can even order stuff to be made for you!

This place is a hidden gem.
Lovely atmosphere in a unique setting. I love the fact that it is different to your normal everyday coffee shop.
The food is amazing i would say they do the best sandwiches in Farringdon.
Deffo worth a visit.
