We recently stayed in a triple room at the Boka hotel and loved it. We stayed in room 205 which had a double and a single bed with a lovely view of the street outside. The little kitchenette area had a fridge, microwave, small cooker and a toaster which was just perfect and the bathroom was a fair size with a good shower. We were also provided with fresh towels daily which was an added bonus.
We stayed from the 4th to the 8th of July to attend the London Film and Comic Con so due to its very close proximity to Earl’s Court it was perfect. The hotel is also pretty close to Earls Court Underground making it easy to travel. We actually arrived in London about 6:30am on the Thursday and check-in isn’t until 2pm but the hotel allows you to leave luggage in a small safety store room which saved us from hiking our bags around London. The breakfast provided in the morning was great too, you could have cereal or a full English which consisted of bacon, sausage, fried egg, beans and lots of toast with either tea/coffee or fruit juice. It was also very nice to chat to the fellow comic con goers in the morning over breakfast.
One thing I would say is it was very, very hot in the hotel room but we were down in London during the hottest day of the year so that’s not really the hotels fault. For a budget hotel you get more than your money’s worth and the staff are nice and friendly but we especially loved Nimrod the cat who just wanted lots of cuddles. We would happily stay here again.
