Stayed here for one night on what was a good price however the hotel needs updating in all areas. room was serviceable but the sink in the bathroom lifted off the worktop if you pressed on the front of it. Shower showed no hot or cold on taps and was quite old. Radiator cover was hanging off on one corner. windows opened but didnt stay in up position. Breakfast area again serviceable but in need of update. Food choice not good more continental then english.
Staff at reception very pleasant . I would not on this showing say this was a three star hotel which is whats offered. Date of stay 6/6/13

The location is very convenient as it is near to the underground. The rooms are cramped and no space for big luggages. The bathroom is very cramped and the shower curtain is wrongly installed. It cannot be pulled along the grilles to prevent water from wetting the entire toilet when you take your shower. Also you need to pay a deposit which is refundable for the TV remote..
One good aspect is the friendly and helpfulness of the staff.
The price is not cheap for such a tiny room with not much amenities.

Don't spend your money on these tiny and cramped rooms. Barely enough room to even walk between the bed and the wall to access the bathroom. In order to close the bathroom door, you must straddle the commode. They require a 5£ deposit if you'd like to have a TV remote. The elevator operates from the lobby level; good luck calling it from an upper level. The elevator becomes an issue when trying to check out. Breakfast consists of: toast, cereal, boiled eggs, canned fruit, juice, coffee and hot tea. It's located a few blocks from access to the underground, making this one of only a couple good things I can report. The neighborhood felt very safe at night. Word to the wise: if the hotel you've chosen has minimal pictures online, beware!

We weren't expecting much when we booked it, considering the price - £70 for 2 nights in a double room inc. breakfast, but it's great value for money in London. The room was a bit small but it was perfectly clean and equipped with basic tea/coffee facilities and toiletries. Even breakfast was more than expected with coffee, milk, juices, plenty of hard boiled eggs, cereal, toasts, cheese, jams, butter, etc.

The staff is polite and the lady at check-out was friendly, maybe the manager/owner.

Overall nice stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone who, like us, was going to spend the day walking around the city and just looking for a place to go back to sleep and shower as it was enough for us.

Room Tip: Try to get one facing the street as you the balcony is a nice touch (even though you can't go in...

Booked a standard double. Woman on reception did best with her cust serv. Received cramped twin with dirty walls, dust on tv and no ventilation and noisy neighbours. No remote for random channel set up. Nothing more than hostel really. Only thing going for it was the great location near earls court.

Breakfast 7-10. 3 cereals, toast, hardboiled eggs' bowl of beans and bowl of fruit cocktail. Self serve. Three impatient staff hanging around with the air of ppl that were also the cleaners. Put on a bit of music or something. Miserable atmosphere. Awful end to a bad stay.

In a nutshell' the owner relies on its location and knows this will suffice.

Very-very small rooms with small beds and bathroom.Impossible to sleep and take a bath.
No space for luggage.
Τhe breakfast was very poor.
The price was too high (100 pounds double(!!!!!!) room per night) for the benefits.
The only good thing was the location (Earl's court tube station) and the service staff.

We booked here for three nights, as I was due to go into hospital in London for an op early in the morning, so my husband and I stayed here together for one night and then he stayed for a further night alone. The hotel was located about 4-5 mins from Earls Court tube and many pubs and eating places. Check in was easy, all communal areas were clean and the receptionist was polite though not overly friendly. The room was really very small, but spotlessly clean and at the price we paid in this part of London I think it represents excellent value for money. Any other hotels I looked at nearby were almost double the price, with similar reviews. If all you need is somewhere to sleep, shower and change, then this hotel is perfectly fine and in a good location.
