This hotel is in an excellent location with two underground stations within a couple minutes walk. We stayed in a small double but it was very comfortable as we did a lot of sightseeing by day and were out eating at night. The tea coffee facilities were very useful and the small fridge was great to keep water, milk cool. There are supermarkets and nice restaraunts close by which is very useful. I would definitely return to this hotel if coming to London again!

Room Tip: The small doubles are small but if you are in London for 3/4 days then they are perfect for sleeping...

Pro : renovated hotel, lots of LEDs lights (I like that ;-) ). Room not too big but ok for the hotel category, breakfast really good : it is a good address.

Cons : if you have big suitcases and traveling with public trans, there is 10min walk between Undergroud station and the hotel. And the receptionists are not always very inform. I pay the hotel the first day and the ask me to pay one more time at check out. I had to give the payment confimation to prove that it was already done (maybe organisational problems ?). Otherwise perfect.

Room Tip: Garden view rooms are a little bit noisy

hotel is not far from bayswater tube, had a garden view double room which was very clean and reasonably sized compared to some in london. Had to pay extra for breakfast which was basic could probably find cheaper around local area. would recommend though however still in search of that perfect place i would go back to again and again.

We stayed here for two night with one other couple. Originally booked the base rate rooms but upgraded to garden view when we found we would have been in the basement - but that may be ok - we didn't find out.

Our room on thge 4th floor was quiet with a pleasant view over the square. It was comfortable and clean. Good shower. Tea and coffee in the room. Efficient quiet aircon.

The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Good security arrangements when they looked after out luggage after checking out.

The location is good - just a few minutes walk from Bayswater or Queensway tubes and Hyde Park. Plenty of eating options and supermarkets nearby.

For the price, the best London option I've found. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Room Tip: The garden view rooms are worth the extra.

2 of us, not so young, 3 nights. Courteous, helpful staff both at reception & at breakfast. All clean, well organised, facilities as advertised, comfy bed, showers that work well, nice outlook (across the Gardens - we booked early & asked for this), etc. Recommended as a well set-up, well-run, sensible value choice near Paddington, which was our mainline connection for start & finish. It's not too far to walk to P'ton, in fact, about 20 mins, an easy if busy route, though the 2 tube stations are a lot closer, as advertised. Breakfast is basic continental in style, & perfectly reasonable value at £6 for as much as you want; a little unimaginative, this is the one aspect they could work on improving further! (but it's optional, & there are many alternatives nearby)

The hotel room was very very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a safe and mini fridge/ kettle with some coffee/tea. Great location, close to the Bayswater Tube Station (minutes from everything). Pretty quiet for being in central London. I will be staying here again on my next trip to London.
