A thoroughly enjoyable stay. First time at a Staybridge Suites hotel and it won't be the last. The hotel is very homely with friendly staff and an atmosphere which conjures up random conversations between guests unlike any hotel I've stayed at before. Easy early check in to a room with a stunning Olympic park view as preferenced. One bedroom suite was spacious, clean and worth the upgrade. Also has the added benefit of a sofa bed and a bath. Breakfast was of a good standard and also made use of The Den to do some work, which is a nicely furnished communal living room/library. I cannot fault this hotel. Despite being a 30 min Jubilee line journey (or 7 min high speed) out of the centre of London, with Westfield downstairs I would recommend this for most London stays.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of the Olympic park. The one bedroom suite is worth the upgrade ( especia...

Great rates. Sooooo convenient on the Central Line with direct access to central London. Debbie does a crackin' bacon butty for breakfast. The list of +'s is endless. I see no point paying £200+ per night in the West End when you can "come home" to the Staybridge with the same level of luxury.

If you missed dinner, you can "fill up" on Tues/Wed/Thurs nights as they lay on hotdogs...cheeses etc. All complimentary. Have to say I always feel well looked after.

Lee Jeffries

Room Tip: The one bedroom suite gives you a bit more room for not much more. Worth it.

This hotel has got to be my favourite in London mainly because the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Tim and Chloe on the front desk and Jordan, Debbie and Julie from the kitchen. The kitchen staff in particular are fantastic - they always go out their way to help and are really chatty and full of energy. The added touches such as the food their serve in the evening which is complimentary is a real nice idea.

Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Room well equipped with everything you would need from toaster to a dishwasher! Clean throughout. Great location for trip to west end to see a show. Plenty of choice for breakfast with view over what was the Olympic park. Checkout is not till 12.00 which was great as most shops in Westfield don't open until 12 on a Sunday. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay?

This place has the hotel quality feel yet homely and well equipped. The kitchenette is decent sized and it makes for a manageable size, so there isnt a mess all the time. The room has TV in living room and one in the bedroom. There is an Apple TV connected to the living room TV also. there are a lot of useful hidden storage options, which make for a pleasant surprise. Hopefully you can get a room with an Olympic Park view.

One word of warning is, Stratford Westfield closes around 9pm, except for the restaurants, which isnt great timing for working folk like me. You can always take the central line directly to Oxford Circus or even further west to Westfields Shepherds bush though.

The place itself though, is very convenient, easy access to the station and in pleasant surroundings. Oh and there is a second gym in Holiday Inn on the 3rd floor.

Stayed here for two months - Feb & Mar 2014. Very warm and friendly staff - Umunique, Luke, Nicholas, Timothy, Musa, Mary, Debbie, Jordan and others - go out of their way to make guests feel right at home. Adi, my two year old boy gets spoilt rotten by everyone and has the run of the place.

Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Complimentary breakfast in the mornings like many other hotels, but also light snacks and drinks in the evenings that no one else does.

Great location too, right in the middle of Westfield mall.

We'll be staying here every time we visit London.

Debbie's Managers Reception was an American diner this week and the ambiance was created by Chloe with her sparkling wit and wonderful conversation. Always a home away from home with these guys!! Bring on the pie and mash next time....
