Dear Sirs,

I had the pleasure staying in your hotel a few weeks ago with my wife and 3 children. When we arrived there seemed to be an issue with my booking which Sascha was trying to resolve. Then a manager from the lobby Soyful Alam came behind the desk and resolved the issue. He apologized for the delay and escorted up the the lovely family room. My wife and children loved the room and the fact that we had 2 bathrooms was great!!

Then we came downstairs for directions to go shopping and to visit one of the parks. The concierge was busy so Soyful asked if he could help. He showed us on the map where everything was and also recommended a good place to eat which the kids loved.

When we came back to the hotel after a long day we went straight to the room. The beds were so comfortable, we haven't had such a good nights' sleep in a hotel in years.

Upon check out we thanked the reception team for the wonderful stay. Soyful gave 3 St. Ermin's chocolate bars to the children as a parting gift which was a nice touch.

The children are asking when we will go back!!

St. Ermin's is the place to stay like I say great hotel with great staff!!

THE ST. ERMINS OFFERS THE BEST SERVICE AND ACCOMODATIONS IN LONDON.

It is comfortable, beautiful and the staff is incredibly good at making you feel comfortable during your stay. They are always ready to help you with travel, sight seeing, directions, taxis, food, etc.

The rooms are impeccable, robes and slippers provided, beds turned down every night, sleep spray provided for the pillows (delicious scent), great TV, Wifi for a fee, our room had 2 bathrooms, 2 queen beds, 2 closets, 2 minibars and was very very very comfortable. We felt like queens!

The St. Ermins is also in the heart of London! Great location, close to the tubes and Buckingham Palace is a short walk away.

I definitely recommend the St Ermins Hotel to anyone traveling to London.

spent three nights. The service was excellent. from the doorman to the bar staff to housekeepers. Can't say enough about how nice they were to us. They are remodling and have 2 floors out of 6 completed. The constuction caused no issues. Room was very nice, although small, but that's apparently par for the course in Europe. Location was very good. it's one block off the main street but the doorman would run over and grab a taxi for us anytime we needed one. it never took more than a few minutes. It's walking distance to Westminster Abbey, and the Buckingham Palace and tour bus stops.

Booking made with Kuoni for Euretina Meeting...Big disappointment :-(
The hotel is undergoing a huge refurbishing ( > £ 30 millions...) .
Our room # 502 is brand new, very quiet but difficult to live : the bed size is not King as promised but for a skinny Queen .
Very, very small armoire and tiny drawboard .
No heating apparently in the big bathroom ( very bad weather actually ...) and nothing to make it comfortable .
The worst : no hotwater avalaible in the evening of our arrival, just warm water ( impossible to use for a bath in the morning and not enough waterpressure to rinse our haïr with the shower )...
The front desk was extremely kind with us explaining that too many customers were using water in the morning : incredible .
The breakfast room is nice and the staff absolutely charming .
Surprise ! The expiration date of the butter was five days before . Not risky for butter but if it is the same with eggs, milk, fish or other food, I am able to understand why my digestive tract was completely disturbed at 11 AM !
No proof ! But the supper, the day before was taken at The Ivy Restaurant - perfect meal - and at noon today at The Zuma , absolutely perfect and my bowels have totally recovered ;-)
Tonight after the loss of hundreds of rather cold water the tub is warmer but the water pressure still extremely low . The shower is impossible to use ....
No wifi in the rooms and £ 7 / day to use my smartphone to write this report ... in the lobby .
£ 7 when you have to paid > £ 340 / day for a small room is unfair.
That s why the St. Ermin has qualities but too much problems to recommend the place .
To check in 2012 after the Olympincs !!!

Dear Madam,

Thank you for taking the time to convey your views. We are disappointed that you didn’t enjoy your time with us. Unfortunately there was a slight hiccup with the system, which does occasionally happen with new equipment but you will be pleased to know that we have now rectified both the hot water and wi-fi issues.

Thank you for your positive feedback regarding our team and service, both of which we are extremely proud.

We truly hope that you will return to St.Ermin’s one day in the future.

Kindest regards

I stayed in this hotel for the weekend with 2 girlfriends. We had a bedroom with 2 queen size beds and 2 bathrooms which was perfect for a girls trip. The service was excellent from the minute that we arrived and all the staff were eager to help. This hotel will be fabulous when fully open and is a great location for sightseeing and getting around London. I will stay here again.

We stayed at the revamped St Ermins after two less than successful previous visits to the hotel. A complete transformation, the place looks and feels like a really high standard hotel and with excellent attention to detail. Even more impressive is the outstanding customer service and the attitude and approach of the staff. Our welcome was superb, rooms and facilities excellent, breakfast good (even though the new breakfast room is still to open). I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
