First room smelt of sick and urine. The second room wasnt very clean, the bathroom was dirty the floor didnt look clean. Also the duvet on the single bed was covered in what only i can describe as piss. Would not stay again.

This was our fourth stay here, each time being the same quality and great value. We arrived early, so we were invited to have a drink in the cafe, until our room was available. The rooms are basic, but perfectly adequate to use as a base for exploring the capital. They were clean, tidy and well aired, with lots of clean fluffy towels and tea and coffee making facilities. All the staff were polite and helpful and were able to answer any queries we had. They were very accommodating when we asked for medicines to be stored in their fridge and had tickets ready to ensure that they didn't get mixed up with any other items. There was no big drama, everything was handled calmly and professionally! We were able to pay for breakfasts as we wanted them, each morning, making a choice between the full English and a perfectly adequate 'lighter one'. A much better way, than expecting everyone to have a full breakfast every day. The staff on breakfast duty, particularly Jennifer and Vanessa, were very cheerful and chatty, even when the service was hectic and people were waiting. All staff in the hotel were pleasant and helpful, unlike some of the more expensive ones! Even though this Travelodge is a bit out of the way, we will be choosing to stay here again when we visit London.

A great location- ideal for the 02 and only a ride away from central London. Room was great for a short break and staff were great.
Didn’t get back until late but still serving food and can’t complain at 2 courses for £12. Only downside was the breakfast had to queue for a while for a table then kept running out of food . Would definitely use again but grab breakfast elsewhere!

Excellent service and value for money, £88.00 for two nights for family of four. Front of house staff and those serving breakfast were excellent. Parking over subscribed which meant far more vehicles seeking limited spaces particularly in the evening.

Was greeted and checked in by Jordan. Very friendly and professional service. Stayed in one of the new Super Rooms which was nice. Only things I would pick up would be the condition of the carpet as I don’t think it had been hoovered in quite a while and Air conditioning would be nice. Nice having iron and ironing board as don’t often get these in a hotel room any more. Overall though, pleasant stay with excellent transport links into central London and walking distance to the o2 arena.
