The service was SO rude and obnoxious, we didn't even manage to get past that part to stay and eat. AVOID.

Stopped here for a drink and a break as we had been walking all day. Disappointed that they did not have a selection of cocktails, however, the waitress suggested a drink I might like and she did not steer me wrong. Toilet was difficult to locate and were very small and not very clean.

This place looked inviting and the staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered 2 adult burgers and 2 burgers from the children's menu. The food was appalling (presentation and burnt) but didn't want to cause a fuss as the staff were so nice. The children's burgers were identical in size to ours. We questioned why the adult meals were nearly double the price of the identical child's portion and were told adults get more chips!! Indeed we did....about a hand full more! Such superb value! Great location but we won't be back.

Three of us had a dreadful meal this week at this restaurant. The seafood linguini contained about 3 pieces of seafood and tasted like tinned spaghetti. The fish (freshly battered) was obviously frozen and mass produced served with lukewarm soggy chips. The waitress when told what a dreadful meal it was, was totally disinterested. She couldn't have cared less. Asked if we wanted dessert we said definitely not if that was the general standard. There are so many good restaurants in London. This is the first time we have been "caught". Never again. Avoid at all costs.

What a great place! My current favourite. Amazing view, yet none of the pomp and circumstance many others on the Southbank have. The food is well priced, huge portions and delicious. Great service too. We can recommend the chargrilled chicken salad, butternut and feta salad and fish (of which you get a huge piece) and chips. I'll be back!!
