This is a gorgeous hotel. Clean, modern, good location for walking around the area. The staff are professional and courteous at all times. Our room was luxurious and comfortable. The restaurant was pleasant with a good pre theatre meal offer. Breakfast was nice but vastly overpriced. We found a perfectly decent reasonable priced cafe called Poppins across the road down the left which is open on Saturdays too, as this area of London is a bit if a ghost town at the weekends.
The only thing that spoilt our stay was the very poor wifi. We had enquired at reception but they seemed none the wiser and said they would investigate. We were never updated, which was disappointing. Hopefully they will improve this service.
This is the second time we've used this hotel group and we would not hesitate to use them again as overall the experience is in keeping with the standard we expect for the cost and facilities.

Stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe room just before Christmas and it was fantastic. Deluxe rooms give you unlimited access to the club lounge which allows you to enjoy a few drinks (wine/beer) before your night out, a help yourself continental breakfast of a morning and even some sandwiches round lunch time. It is definately worth stretching your budget that little bit more as we felt it represented great value. Hotel is spotless and gives off such a soothing vibe. When you visit you will understand. Service was attentive, professional and warm. The bed is 10/10, huge and comfortable. I personally would not waste any time researching hotels next time I am in London, this gem is the real deal and I will certainly return. Took a pic of the lounge for those curious. Enjoy.

Everything in this hotel was superb: excellent location, friendly and efficient staff, subtly elegant and VERY comfortable and well designed room with amazing bed, good and modern TV and sound dock.

Walking distance to most places in Central London.

We have stayed in quite a lot of hotels in London, this one is definitely the best !

We arrived at 7.30am and were lucky enough to be given a room immediately so that we could freshen up after a 24hr flight. The receptionist told us the room was quite some distance from the lift but that was fine with us - it overlooked a courtyard at the back of the hotel and was really quiet.

Both the room and the bathroom were beautifully finished off and were stocked with Elemis toiletries. When you are in a big city you don't need a huge room - just something clean and comfortable. The Apex did this well and stylishly too. When the curtains are closed its pitch dark and the king bed was very comfortable!

We decided to eat out for breakfast each day and only dined in one night. The restaurant was quiet but the service and food were great.

The hotels location is fantastic. Buses run right outside (including the red tours), 2 underground stations about 10mins away, pubs, bars, cafes, takeaway and restaurants all within 5mins walking in any direction. We liked the Black Friar pub near the same named station.

Covent Gardens is about 15mins away too and we walked there and back a few times.

We were too busy to use other facilities

Would not hesitate to recommend to others or stay here again

Room Tip: You don't need to spend a lot - the basic rooms are quite comfortable as a good base to sleep, a...

Excellent 4* hotel in central location for the West End or the city. Welcome was warm and friendly, bar service was discreetly efficient, and unlike many places drinks prices were very reasonable.
The bedroom was very modern, clean and well equipped, even including a BOSE sound dock for our use.
Breakfast the next day was a lovely way to end the stay, with a good menu choice, pleasant atmosphere and the usual friendly but efficient service.
All in all, excellent we'll done to the Apex Temple Court, you offered 4* service, food, drinks and environment for 3* prices. Will definitely be back.

I reckon I have stayed at the Apex Temple Court around twenty times since it opened. It is still the best hotel in the area, of any star rating. The hotel has maintained the highest standards of service, and the fabric of the hotel looks as good today, as it did the day it opened (you can often see the friendly resident decorator on his rounds). The rooms are spotless, and of good size with very comfortable good sized beds. There is everything for the business traveler: The internet never falls over, the bathrooms are of good size (bath and shower) with high quality fittings and products. On this occasion, I left my passport and iPad on the safe and only realized at check in at the airport. The staff managed to get these in a cab in a matter of a few minutes, and got them to me with literally seconds to spare to catch my flight. They monitored progress of the cab to Heathrow and provided numbers, names, etc. This is the sort of service that keeps me coming back. The staff remember your name if you return, and also your room preferences. The hotel is ideally situated for legal London business, and also for West End hotel and shopping breaks. It is only a few minutes from the tube, and is possibly the quietest Central London hotel I have stayed in. I also bring my wife here when she visits London, in preference to The nearby Waldorf and Chancery Court. This is not a grand hotel, and is not flashy, but is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The Bar is also a good find, as you can sit down and have a relaxing drink at a competitive price, without the jostling and noise of the pubs in the locale. The hotel is gaining a growing reputation as a wedding venue at weekends, and together with city break offers, it is often busy and sometimes full. Book early to get very good value prices for the area. I couldn't recommend this hotel more highly.

Room Tip: Personally, I prefer the fifth floor with the premium rooms. All rooms have been quiet when I have...
