We booked in some trepidation as we'd never heard of the chain, and that trepidation turned to fear when out taxi driver had never heard of the hotel, but we had an excellent stay. The hotel is in a superb position for exploring London. Several bus routes pass right outside the door. The position in the courtyard gives a central London location with no noise at all.
We couldn't have been happier and will certainly both recommend the hotel and use it ourselves again.
