What a great hotel. Really comfortable bed, wonderful rain shower and great sized rooms (ours was a city king room, nice to have sofa and big TV but still plenty of space). Room wasn't ready when we arrived a little bit early, but our bags were in our room when we came back a few hours later. Staff are lovely, even produced a bucket of ice within 10 minutes of my request. Very quiet location, but a bit of a walk to and from the nearest tube (we don't mind walking so not a problem for us). Would definitely come again.
Made our annual trip for west end shows and West End Live a great experience.

Room Tip: We had room 149. It's a fair way from the lift but really quiet. Needed air con on as windows di...

Lovely hotel hidden away. Very comfortable room. We stayed room only - even with 25% discount off breakfast the cost was pricey so we decided to give it a miss! Great location for trip to Savoy Theatre.

We have stayed in quiet a few Apex Hotels and they are all really good. and this one is no exception. large room with very comfortable bed and large and modern bathroom. very good location to some great bars and restaurants, close to train station and a tube station. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio area. great to relax after a very busy day around London and have a drink.

Stayed here for just one night, but will be going back for longer.
The hotel is in a great location , just a short walk from Kings college and Somerset house and St Paul's.
The staff are very friendly and very happy to help you.
The room we had a up grade from the normal room , it was more like a loft apartment with a separate living area. The beds are so comfy as are the pillows. The bathrooms are large with a separate walk in shower.
They have a very nice small court yard where you can have drinks and a light lunch.
Would recommended this hotel , great location if you like to walk to many sights if not just catch a cab, all sights within easy access of the hotel.
Don't forget to collect your duck yes duck on the way out !!!

Room Tip: All rooms are quiet, we had a poor view but the room made up for it.

Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. We upgraded to a junior suite and had a view of Big Ben and the London Eye. The room was neat and quiet. The only small drawbacks were the beds are too soft for my back and the food in the executive lounge is always cold. However, we would stay hear again for sure.

Room Tip: Top floor is nice if you can get it and facing the courtyard is best.

Stayed 3 nights at the Apex in April. Most hotels we have stayed in and around London have usually been very small and plain. This place had large rooms and was really comfortable. Clean, comfortable and a very friendly staff. I would stay there again in a minute. Great location and could walk anywhere I wanted to go!
