What a great hotel. Really comfortable bed, wonderful rain shower and great sized rooms (ours was a city king room, nice to have sofa and big TV but still plenty of space). Room wasn't ready when we arrived a little bit early, but our bags were in our room when we came back a few hours later. Staff are lovely, even produced a bucket of ice within 10 minutes of my request. Very quiet location, but a bit of a walk to and from the nearest tube (we don't mind walking so not a problem for us). Would definitely come again.
Made our annual trip for west end shows and West End Live a great experience.
