From the moment we arrived to the moment we left nothing was too much trouble for the staff, We stayed on a Sunday night so room rate was excellent value for money.

Check in quick and friendly,
Room on the 7th floor, Brilliant view although wish they would lose the unobtainable net curtain so can appreciate the view even more,
Room was of an adequate size for one night and temperature was great.
Soundproofing was amazing didn't hear a thing from outside at all.
Check out was quick and friendly they allowed us to leave our bag for the day so we could shop until we dropped.
Will def be going back.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights as a couple in November, location very central, not particularly noisy though there is a nightclub next door...staff were helpfull and friendly , though self check in defeated the object as the staff had to guide you through it.....breakfast plentiful and tasty but rather chaotic..... Don't go to a premier inn if you want character, but its a step up from a budget hotel and provides a comfortable base.

I payed 191 pounds per night for a double room. It's good that I was alone, because I can not imagine 2 people with 2 suit cases in this very small room.
I asked if they have better room, even if I pay more. The answer was: all our rooms are more or less the same!
When I came to the room, the air condition didn't work (outside it's freezing, 2 degrees C). They changed for me the room, in this room it was functioning.............for 30 minutes, since then the air going out is cold.......
The staff was friendly and the location is excellent, but almost 200 pounds/night it is for sure to much

Never stayed at a Premier Inn before, so wasn't sure what to expect. I can honestly say I have no negatives at all about this hotel, it was superb. Stayed for one night for daughter's 18th birthday, as she and her sister wanted to go clubbing in London for the first time. The location is fantastic. Everywhere we wanted to visit was within walking distance, including the tube station. After dropping our luggage at the hotel, the girls, armed with Oyster cards, did Harvey Nicks, Harrods, then Oxford Street. Mum & Dad walked to Covent Garden for lunch and a wander around. Every member of staff we met was really friendly and helpful, another special mention for the lovely Gloria, who suggested some cocktail bars and clubs for the girls to visit. Check in very easy. Our rooms were lovely, good sized comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities, flat screen telly with Freeview, plenty of hanging space, excellent bathroom with huge shower, plenty of fluffy towels, all spotlessly clean. Very secure, room key is required to get into the hotel, including the lift. We didn't sample the breakfast, but thought it very good value at £8.95. Last but not least, our rooms were on the 4th floor, and we didn't hear a thing during the night. Excellent soundproofing! Would definitely recommend and we will definitely return to this hotel. Well done Premier Inn!

This was easily the best Premier Inn I've stayed in.
702 was a small room, but that's typical for central London. What made it good was : location ( right where it's all happening ), quiet, Premier's excellent beds & all provided by outstanding staff. The hotel's good but the staff made it excellent. They're a small team clearly committed to their own hotel being successful & Oliver's approach to customers was typical of the team. I hope management realise it & don't mess it up with some new fangled initiative.
I will definately be returning when I need to come to central London.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the square - floors 6 upwards
