Had a four night break here, location is excellent, everything including buses, tube, taxi all within a few minutes walk, lots of restaurants and the West End shows and shopping all within walking distance.
Rooms are functional, bed comfortable and the place is very secure as you need your room key to access the stairs and lifts, after 9pm you need it to get in the front door.
My only criticism of the room is that the window had secondary glazing with a net behind it that you couldn't access which spoilt the superb view of Leicester Square(3rd floor)
Our room had a nightclub underneath and you could very faintly here the bass boom late at night, but not enough to put you off of your sleep.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We only booked breakfast for one day and although it seems expensive our child ate free and it was a buffet style eat as much as you like, very well cooked and plentiful.
Breakfast in the restaurants around the area ranged from £8-£10 so would have been more expensive anyway.
We were early and they looked after our bags while we went out for a coffee.
We used the online check-in but this didn't really save us any time as our room was not ready at 2pm as advertised,we waited about another 35 minutes but this wasn't a problem really.
I would definitely use this hotel again, and hope to in the near future.
