Just a 2 minute walk from Leicester Square tube station and a 10 minute stroll to Tottenham Court Road/Oxford Street junction I would find it very difficult to find a better location for shopping, theatres, restaurants, China Town etc. The staff were exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were basic but very clean and well maintained. As we had planned to be pure tourists for the weekend we didn't need additional facilities. The breakfast was plentiful and set us up for our city trek !.Will definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel as a 'base'.

Room Tip: There was a club next door but in our room (507) heard nothing at all to disturb our sleep.

I booked my flight to London too early. So I had plenty of time to search for the best hotel that meets my budget. Then I found Premier Inn at Leicester Square. The location is so perfect and everything is around you. Although we're in a crowded area, the sleeping quality was wonderful. I didn't felt that quietness for a long time. The only thing that bothers me was the size of the room and there was no heater in the bath room. Other than that 10/10.

Just stayed at the premier inn and to say its a great location is a understatement

It's not even a minutes walk off Leicester Square and considering how close it is to everything it's so very quiet

We booked a family room and a separate double room

Service is exceptional and very friendly

I would have no hesitation in recommending or staying here again

This is a no frills hotel at premium prices. It scores high on its superb location, the cleanliness and friendly staff. The only complaints are the squeaky floor, the thin walls and the unreliable soap dispenser (which belongs in a public toilet).

Bring your own soap and shampoo. The one provided isn't much of a body/hair wash.

Wasn't sure about the promises made in the ads but it was true. Comfy bed, hot tasty breakfast (I had porridge cooked just for me one morning) and friendly staff. The location was great for getting to shops, favourite eateries in Covent Garden or theatres. Was travelling on my own and felt very safe in this hotel - lots of security to clear to get in. Couldn't have asked for more.

The location could not be better...... If you have few days in London and want to be close to main turistic points, this is a good place to stay.... But the room is very small.... It looks like a cruise suite, maybe smaller.... It looks like Ibis style. If you are looking for a traditional hotel to stay, this is not a good place..... If you are looking for location and only a bed to sleep, it is a good option due to location and good sleep quality...

From the checking in to the checking out everything went smoothly. Congratulations to the manager and staff on the friendliness and efficiency in the smooth running of this hotel. Slightly more expensive because of the central location, but well worth paying the extra. No noise whatsoever from the busy Leicester Square and the side street below and more importantly no noise in the corridors with banging doors which you tend to get in other hotels. A perfect nights sleep. Bathroom facilities spotlessly clean - everything perfect. Thanks Jackie for the efficient check-in and to the rest of the staff for their attention to detail.
