Booked this as we were needing a hotel to stay for a few days. Incredible service. A small family run hotel. Very friendly and obliging staff. Superb for both tourists and business guests. Exceptionally clean rooms - and you feel like you are staying at home.Fresh linen, very very clean bathrooms/showers.Tea/coffee provided that actually tastes nice. Breakfast included continental and English- very satisfying. Broadband connections super fast. Only too happy to help if you need anything while you relax in this charming hotel.Very good location naturally with restaurants and coffee houses aplenty in the area and so close to all transport links, with Victoria station 5 minutes walk away. Our room looked onto a lovely small courtyard- a peaceful bonus! Fantastic value for money and needless to say would highly recommend this gem of a hotel to anyone visiting London. We actually extended our stay for 6 days!!We did not expect to find this standard for the price we paid. We will be back!!!!

Room Tip: Just ask any member of the staff to help you as some double rooms come with an extra bed for childre...

Booked this on the recommendation of other TA users and as usual was not let down. Room size adequate in that you could store your suitcases and still walk around the bed, there are coffee/ tea making facilities, a room safe, a radiator which worked (somewhat too well, turned it down most times I entered the room), plus there is a large fan as well (presumably for heatwaves, never used that). Also a hair dryer, and an ensuite with proper shower (no clambering into a bath as in most hotels.)
I don't knew if it has a lift, I didn't see one, we had to climb a few flights of stairs, not an issue for me but if you had problems with stairs this might not be the place for you, double check.
Room was clean, and cleaned every day.
Breakfast was good with friendly service, you can choose from cereals and yoghurt or cooked breakfast, plus toast and tea, coffee, juice. Breakfast by the way is quite early,7-9am, even on Sundays, I guess if you aren't an early riser you might have to skip it.
I timed the walk to Victoria, 7 minutes (fairly brisk walk) you could stroll it in 10, from which it's an easy tube or bus journey to most places in London. Unfortunately the roads around Victoria station are majorly (is that a word?) being dug up at the moment and it's a nightmare finding the right bus stop. Hopefully they will sort this eventually.
Pimlico station is slightly nearer by a couple of minutes but generally more inconvenient for getting around from than Victoria.
There are a few restaurants and pubs on the road up to Victoria which looked ok judging by the fact they seemed quite busy but I never went in any.
I've given it 5 stars based on the price, it's not a 5 star hotel but it was very nice and suited our purpose as a base very well and I'd recommend to anyone else looking for a budget hotel.

Our family of four enjoyed a wonderful four-night stay here in December. The room was terrific with ample room for our two teenagers, myself and wife. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable bedding and lovely modern bathroom. The hotel was so peaceful, enabling us to get plenty of rest so that we could make the most of each and every day in London. We looked forward to the delicious breakfast each morning - it was an extremely fortifying meal for our busy days and our hosts were so accommodating and thoughtful. We found every staff member to be extremely friendly, helpful and considerate of our needs. The location of the hotel is ideal -yet a very quiet, safe and scenic neighborhood. We loved every moment of our stay at this gem of a hotel. I can't wait to return on our next family trip to London! Thank you for your hospitality, Luna Simone!

First off, they accommodated our early check-in. Very clean room. The breakfast was outstanding and included in the very affordable room rate.
Marc at the front desk was SUPER helpful when we needed to use the computer to print, scan and email some documents back to the USA. The service from EVERYONE was awesome!
Located about the same distance from the Victoria Line and Pimlico Line of the Underground. Great restaurants nearby.

In November my daughter, 5 year old grandson (he turned 6 while we were staying there) & I spent a 3 night stay at Luma & Simone Hotel. The staff (wonderful family) was amazing! (Special attention they gave to my grandson won me over). Highly recommend...convenient location, quiet & very clean, plus a great breakfast.
