The room i stayed it was never cleaned , dust and mold ,the bed gave me a back pain ,my roomate was disgusting ( i thing she must have been mentaly disturbed )she whould speat her own saliva on the floor and would walk talk and scream in the middile of the night ,the toilets were so dirty im 100% sure that no one ever cleaned them, the staff looked like they were bored to death and couldnt be bothered for nothing .....just dont stay there ...the location may be good but its not worth it ..... dont ...even for a night

Room Tip: Rooms in the higher floors have difficulty to connect with wifi

The place is perfect to stay for few nights and, as well as I did,for months.it is a hostel so don't expect anything luxurious. However, the building has been refurbished recently, so everything is nice and new, both in the rooms and in the kitchens. Location,amazing...definitively worth to try if you are around.

Halpin House is a grade 2 listed building with magnificent high ceilings in the heart of South Kensington. It has a new gym fitted with treadmills, rowers, weights sections and cable workout stations. Our modern gyms allow you the freedom to live your London life and stay healthy. All bills are included in the rate, this covers council tax, all utilities, incoming data line, insurance fee, TV license where we provided TVs and also general cleaning and maintenance. This could be worth more than £50 a week in a private house! In the SW7 museum-filled postcode of London less than a 5 minute walk from 3 major London museums; the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum and the V&A Museum. Gloucester Road (Zone 1) tube station is a couple of minutes walk. The River Thames, Chelsea, Kings Road, Knightsbridge and Harrods store are also all within easy walking distance. WiFi - As well as a fixed data point as standard we now offer free WiFi that can be accessed anywhere in the house. Each guest can access a massive 20MB used over 5 devices at any one time. Security - 24 cloud based CCTV is in operation in common rooms and a key fob is required to enter the building. Common Areas - As well as shared kitchens that are cleaned daily, there is a communal living room with seats, tables and a TV. A great place to relax and meet new people. There is also a quiet study room with desks and data points available for private study. Laundry - Coin operated, state of the art washing and drying machines are available throughout the day and late into the night (typical wash price is £3.20).
