“Great little bakery, a nice quick walk from Paddington for a bite.”
Reviewed 30 September 2012

This place is fantastic, I went twice during a recent stay in London (we were staying near Paddington), I had stright up baguettes with sliced meat and salad both times and they were a great combination of runchy and fluffy with fresh and satisfying fillings. The staff were very polite too. A nice place to visit if you have twenty minutes or so to stretch your legs and get a take away bite to eat between trains.

“Reminded me of Paris”
Reviewed 25 September 2012

Enjoyed a french baguette with brie and cucumbers, mushroom and cheese quiche that was extremely good and a cheese and onion pasty along with very good expresso. Could have visited this patisserie everyday.

“Sandwich shop”
Reviewed 28 May 2012 via mobile

Great little sandwich with eclectic fillings, different types of bread with reasonable prices. It has been recently renovated and expanded - the focus on space has taken the "great" out of their sandwiches into the "good" bracket. Still better than buying from the rip off prices for the same sandwiches in paddington station. So if you have time, buy here and eat at paddington.

“Great value great food”
Reviewed 18 May 2012 via mobile

My wife and I each had an English breakfast and both independently rated it as amongst the best we had during our 4 week trip around Europe. An added bonus was that the serving was large the toast was excellent the coffee was very good and the service impeccable. Don't let the fancy exterior and fastidiously clean appearance lull you into thinking it is an expensive place, our breakfasts and coffees were cheaper than many places had been previously. My only problem is that the shop is not 12000 miles closer to my home.

“Top quality baguettes, panini & sandwiches at bargain prices”
Reviewed 26 April 2012

As a regular traveller through Paddington Railway Station I quickly became bored with the mediocre & expensive take away food available on the station. Just a 2 minute walk along Praed Street is Bonne Bouche Patisserie. At first glance it looks like an expensive French style cake shop, but don't be fooled by appearances....

You can still buy a vast array of cakes & pastries, but what this place does fantastically is fresh baguettes, panini & sandwiches. There is a large selection to choose from & the prices are cheaper than any supermarket or chain such as Subway.

My favourite is the chicken, bacon & asparagus baguette which is simply delicious, & at only £2.85 a real bargain for a filling snack for my onward train journey. If you have the time it is well worth venturing out of the station - you'll getter better food at a cheaper price.
