My personal opinion, don't stay here unles you are absolutely forced to. The web pictures are misleading and thankfully we only stayed for one night (solely due to other hotels in the area being fully booked (London Fashion Week)). In hindsight we should have booked into the other hotel that we had considered miles away near Waterloo (cheaper but one extra star rating and I'm sure 2 more star ratings more in terms of service and comfort) and paid a little extra for the cab ride up to St Pancras the next day. We were absolutely shocked at the standard all round. Breakfast was below most people's standard, the eating area is cramped and the staff are definitely not skilled in any degree of customer service. Don't leave your bags in the baggage area, they do not lock it and anyone has access to your luggage. There is linen left lying around and various fixtures in the hotel were broken or loose. If you are based on the road side, it is noisy at night. The only good point was that although the bathroom was tiny, it was spotless. In every other way we very disappointed. Add to that the booking cost over a massive 170 odd pounds for 2 people as it was a late booking due to changes in our schedule. My recommendation is: don't stay at this hotel or whatever it is classified as.

I booked this place on price only as I was staying in town for a function. reception is ok minimum interest by staff who I guess are paid a low rate. the general decor of this place is very tired and in need of a major overhaul.
The room I got was tiny but good enough to sleep after a late night. shower was so small when I turned round I switched it off.
cleanliness was a low standard. this really is a budget place I paid £42 for the night on a so called special deal. My opinion is - if you dont need to stay here then dont. simple as that.

Room Tip: Dont stay here

The room was small dirty, looked like it had not been decorated for 15 years. The window had been painted in the open position and therefore left a 12inch gap open and fixed. The only protection was a secondary double glazed unit which was ineffficent. The heating did not work at all, the fridge stank and was loud, the kettle did not boil prooperly and the lid had broken off. The bathroom - shower base had been mended with expanding foam, it was dirty, the toilet did not flush unless the lid of the cistern was removed and the ball cock adjusted. The shower was ineffective and thankfully we wlft before breakfast. The staff however were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend anybody to give this hotel a wide berth and look for somewhere else. Extemely poor

Cheap but shabby. Ask for a quiet room at the back or you will stay awake all night. Breakfast poor but bathroom good and clean room, if tiny. Spend a few pounds more for a room only deal elsewhere and eat at a cheap cafe.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back are quiet

The small double room was clean and fresh and the shower was excellent. There were tea/coffee making facilities, a smashing hair dryer, two good sized mirrors, enough clothes storage space, an extra work surface with stool and loads of electrical sockets. Staff very helpful.

This is one of the most horrible hotels i have ever stayed in. When our travel agent booked this hotel he booked it on an avg of 105 GBP per night for 9 days. When we checked in the hotel we faced the following issues. Apart from being a dirty place.
1. Room heaters are not working
2. Water quality in bathroom is bad, We saw black particles comming out of the tap.
3. Malfunctioning lights
4. No locker facility
5. Room cannot be fully locked from inside.
6. Very basic breakfast- does only include toasted bread, juice

we complained to the manager and wanted to cancel the hotel but they still charged us 2 night of stay as per cancellation policy. But one thing i must appreciate is the courtsey of the staff who were very good and they did shift us to a better room.
