Can't go wrong if you want a quick stopover just for a bed and a wash. In a great location close to Euston station. It's clean and a 24 hour desk. I'd come back if it was just a bed I was after for a cheap price.

My wife and I booked this hotel for the night as we had tickets for the Eurostar the next day. Cheap and cheerful; you get what you pay for. Within easy reach from kings cross underground and st pancras international. The rooms arent massive but again for £70 in London dont expect much. Wouldn't stay more than a couple of nights. Clean room, clean bed, TV, Tea and Coffee facilitees. Checking in and out was easy. Downside: had to wear trainers to run around the shower in order to get wet and the central heating pipes bang and clatter at 0400!!
to round up: If you want a cheap place to stay near Kings cross without dipping into your holiday money then this is it.

Good location (walk from kings cross station) and the staff were very friendly as well as helpful.
Breakfast room was too busy to actually go but looked ok.
There is safe storage for your personal valuable items.
Rooms ok, nothing to rave about but livable for a couple of days.

Booked this hotel for four nights, but checked out after only one. The pictures on the website were very misleading. The room, that was suppose to be a double room, was so small that we could only be on the floor one at a time. It felt dirty, the sink didn't work properly, the curtains were old and torn and the mattress felt like an old sofa covered with a sheet. Some of the floorboards were loose under the carpet so I kept tripping over it. The walls were so thin that you could hear what was being said in the next room. The breakfast room was very small and could not accomodate enough of the guests.

Ideally situated for sightseeing as it is close to major tourist sites and transport. Breakfast is simple but unlimited and is good value for money. The Triple room was in the basement, simple and clean, the beds comfortable, the toilet clean, but no chairs. As far as the view was concerned, it was better to draw the curtains. Tea and a fridge in the room helped a bit. You have to pay for WiFi and Internet use and to store baggage after your stay.

Room Tip: Take the rooms as high up as possible.
