Hotel has very good location just near St.Pancras Station in London. Hotel needs renovation and rooms are small and noisy. But it si good value for money. Internet connection was good and hotel staff very helpful.

We used this hotel for an overnight stay / leisure trip.

It is very conveniently located opposite Kings Cross / St Pancras stations.

The room was functional, and clean. Nicer than the standard I would usually expect of a B&B type hotel in this area. Overseas visitors would probably find the room very small but it is par for the course in this price range.

The breakfast is self service and perfectly adequate.

I would use this hotel again for similar overnight stays.

The only downside is that the "alarm call" system is this hotel is basically a guy coming upstairs from reception, and knocking on the door and telling you what time it is. This is not much fun when the people next door to you request a 4 a.m. alarm call.........

Very convenient indeed for anyone using St Pancras / Kings Cross Stations (e.g. an early EuroStar departure)
Rooms are small, but spotlessly clean and mine had a table to work at, plus kettle for tea / coffee. The bed was very comfortable. Free WiFi worked well.
Considering the location it was remarkably quiet with only minor street noise audible on the 4th floor. The corridor was very narrow and the lift showed its age.
Breakfast was average quality – just one cereal and tasteless juices – but generous hot dishes of bacon, sausage etc.
Summary: Clean; good value considering London prices and its location. Don’t expect 4 star luxury.

Room Tip: I suspect the higher rooms (e.g. 4th floor) are the quieter ones.

Picked up a late booking as I needed somewhere cheap in London to avoid travelling in bad weather the next morning - found this hotel for c£50. Remembering that you get what you pay for, I was pleased that the room was clean, had good TV and tea/coffee facilities, had a lift to my room (important as I carry a lot of luggage) and the full English buffet breakfast was an added bonus! My room was over a side street and pretty quiet (others overlooking the Euston Road may not be). Overall I was very pleased and would stay again.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room away from the main room.
