Very nice hotel with all services along. Rooms are very clean and well equipt with kichen, bathroom and washing machine/dryier.
Location is also very nice, close to Bayswater station which you can connect to central London very easy. Loads of shops, pubs and restaurant in closest area.
We really feel that this please is people orientated as staff in reception could not do more to satisfy our need. We fell like at home.
We will definetely recommend this place to stay to our friends and relatives who are looking to come to London.
Thanks for all.

We stayed with our two little girls over the half term holidays . We had the 'large(!)' triple room. We had requested a high chair and a baby cot , which meant that there was no place to walk and we had to shift the furniture against the Walls. The price though a little steep is average for the area.
On the plus side the rooms are very clean and well appointed. The appliances are top brands. Unfortunately the washer-dryer is awful! Even after three hours the clothes were very damp so we put on another drying cycle. This made the clothes dripping wet. I asked the receptionist the next day for some help. He instead directed me to read the instructional manual. Tried that with no luck so asked the receptionist again who insisted I was probably doing something wrong . I then decided to try the communal dryer on the second floor. at that point the receptionist arrived and we started the dryer under his 'watchful eye'. An hour later: dripping clothes!
Apart from all of this a good base - close to transport and great restaurants. Two in particular are noteworthy- Ottolenghi in Notting Hill and the Banana tree canteen just down the road. The latter does outstanding pan-Asian food at a decent price

5d/6n stay. Excellent location! Proximity to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, which is good if and when one of the stations closes for one of the many "engineering upgrades", as well as buses to Oxford Street. Walking distance to Portobello, with shops along the way. Rooms are cosy and well-equipped. Loved the rain shower!

Very welcoming, clean and situated in area that is accessible to tubes and a variety of eating venues. The kitchen and washing facilities as well as wifi were a huge asset. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Only downside the outside street was a little noisy at night and early morning with garbage trucks

4d/5n stay. Well equipped "efficiency" room; has everything you need for a lengthy stay. Space is used well, which is essential in such small rooms. Short walks to both the Circle Line (Bayswater station) and Central Line (Queensway station). Maybe 20m-25m avg. from hotel door to most downtown stops. Shortish walk to Hyde Park/Buckingham, though if you feel ambitious you can walk straight downtown, hitting many of the sights on the way.

A couple caveats. 1) The rooms are small. Very small. This was fine, because my wife and I spent very little time there other than to sleep. The small table/2 chairs and bed left very little room to move around' and the only thing preventing us from feeling claustrophobic were the high ceilings. 2) Doing laundry is an ~3 hour affair. Washing is quick enough, but 2 hours of drying still left our clothes quite damp, requiring additional time hanging over chairs, etc. to fully dry. 3) Be prepared for a mildly frustrating showering experience. The head is fixed in the ceiling directly above / emptying straight down, making it difficult to escape from the stream of water long enough to soap yourself. 4) We were on the ground floor, tucked away next to the stairs. Our room would get uncomfortably warm unless we opened the window and door to allow a bit of airflow; opening the window alone was not enough. 4) The doors / walls are not all that thick. We heard plenty of conversation from the lobby and room(s) above. 5) The bed was awful. It felt like a solid couch cushion, though I've slept on many couches that were more comfortable. Our backs hurt every day.

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at the Space Apart Hotel last year that we decided to return this year. Once again we had a very enjoyable stay - the hotel is bright, clean and modern and is well located for tube stations and bus services. There are a good selection of supermarkets, pubs and restaurants nearby. The room had a well equipped kitchen so that we could prepare snacks and light meals ourselves, and other amenities such as a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The room itself was very peaceful as the hotel is located in a quiet side street away from traffic. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned once a week but additional servicing can be arranged at extra cost. I really can't fault this hotel and would happily recommend it.

Nice, reasonably well equipped apartment, well placed for all activities in the centre of London. Vibrant Bayswater is a stones throw away, Hyde park is in walking distance, Knightsbridge...just around the corner. We liked the place.

Room Tip: Top floor is best...
