Avoid this place, it has got to be the worst hotel in London. If you have to stay refuse any offer of a room on the lower ground floor, the rooms are small, dark and very unwelcoming, covering the windows are bars and all night you will hear constant noise.
Seriously stay elsewhere!

Just spent two nights at this small hotel. From check in to check out the hotel was just perfect. We wanted somewhere reasonable to stay in London, prices aren't the cheapest in London, and the comfort inn hit the spot. The room was perfect, not the biggest, however very comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were on the forth floor, slight problem as the lift only went to the third floor! That being said on check in the staff helped Us up the 1 flight of steps. The room was functional, second slight problem being the Wifi didn't work with my iPad, shower was hot and their were plenty of plug sockets for charging. Kettle was clean and the hair drier good. The hotel offered continental breakfast at £6 pp, however, we didn't try it, looked nice though. There was also a luggage storage at £1 per bag. Good value. The hotel was a short walk from Victoria coach and rail station. All in all a good, comfortable, functional hotel for a short stay in the capital.

Room Tip: 1st floor looked larger

If you need a no frills place to sleep you can't beat one of these chain hotels. I had to stay in London for business and typically the Chelsea flower show was on. My usual hotel choices were all full but the manager did all he could to help and did manage to accommodate both myself and a colleague. Can't praise the staff enough. Would go back without a second thought. Rooms small and hardly modern but very comfortable. Breakfast ok and free tea, coffee and wifi

Stayed for 2 nights. Friendly staff. Convenient location to Buckingham Palace, St. James Park, Trafalgar Square. Room was in the basement and we had to lug our bags down two flights of stairs. That was my only complaint for this hotel.

Chose this hotel for its location which is a step away from the coach station and less than 10 minutes on foot to Victoria train and metro station. If you're travelling with ryanair the luton bus stops just round the corner from this hotel. Our room (a quad plus extra bed) was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was not sumptuous but good enough with cereals, some pastries, toasts, yoghurts and fruits. Coffe, tea and hot chocolates are available 24 hours a day. Would definitely stay there again (for the 3rd time)...and would recommend this hotel especially to families with children.

My dad and I needed a convenient place to stay for a quick 48 hours in London. The hotel is right next to the Victoria train station which made getting to Gatwick Airport simple. We took a bus from Heathrow to the Victoria Bus station which was only a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The rooms are small but for the cost it was fine for us since we didn't spend any time in the room. The open top buses stopped at the Victoria station and a Tube stop being right here was also convenient. One of the twin beds mattresses needed to be replaced but otherwise the room was clean and served our needs perfectly. You will probably hear the rumble from the subway below occasionally but it didn't bother us at all (we were also in a below ground room). For a short stay with convenience to both airports it's a good value.

Great location, however if they try to put you on the lower ground floor, especially in room 603, refuse as you will get no sleep. The room is ok, beds are comfortable, however this is right below the reception area and it's like a herd of elephants stomping around all night and I do mean all night. If by chance you do happen to get a few hours, you will be woken up very early by staff stomping backwards and forewards getting the breakfast buffet out. Such a shame as for a couple of nights this hotel is adequate for the costs.

Room Tip: Definitely not 603!
