Smart hotel. Well presented and not too far from from tube station. Bus route to central London from outside hotel. Comfortable rooms. Not too many food places immediately outside hotel, but aboyt a 10 min walk away nearest eateries in Fulham broadway."

We had the reverse of many people here, went to Copthorne and turned out to be in Millennium, a nice surprise.
Staff at Millennium very helpful, and often dealing with a lot of stuff beyond the usual - people prattling on in Italian or hordes of small boys visiting the Football grounds.
The rooms are large and comfortable and lots of nice touches. Bit of a drag to go to other building for breakfast in colder weather, and the staff at Copthorne not quite as nice as Millennium, and breakfast service was slow. But overall very good experience especially for central London where rooms are usually so small and staff so snotty!

Attending a concert at Under the Bridge and chose this hotel because of its location, but turned out to be a great choice all round. The room was quiet and clean. However, although we had breakfast in the room it was kept warm during the trip to the 5 th floor and eggs were hard and the bacon greasy. Also the coffee was horrid but my wife said the breakfast tea was nice. Nice to have bath robes but they could have done with a little conditioner to make them softer.

Room Tip: We stayed on the 5th floor in a club room, free minibar and entrance into the social lounge. Althoug...

stayed overnight for an event close by and didn't get to spend long at the hotel before going out. shower was above bath and quite weak but warm enough. to be fair thats the only thing that I think I expected to be better. The reception staff were very efficient and friendly, the lifts worked well and the room was clean and reasonably sized (for a London hotel). On return the bar area was quite small for the amount of people wanting drinks but we were served quite fast. didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment, checkout was again fast and polite. car park was £36 for 12-24 hours.

The hotel is modern and our room was surprisingly spacious for a London hotel, large bed and a seating area with sofa and table. The bathroom was large with a shower over the bath, not the most powerful shower I’ve had but it stayed warm. The hotel seemed quiet, but I guess it gets busy on match days. Its only a 5 minute walk from Fulham Broadway underground, we walked to the hotel from Harrods as it was a lovely day for November, it took around 45 mins.
On arrival we were unsure as to which hotel we were staying in because the Millenium is on your right and the Copthorne is straight ahead. We were told by staff at the Millennium that we were in the Copthorne, check in after that was reasonably quick. The staff were polite, however we did get the impression they would rather not be there, it seemed like they were doing us a favour by checking us in, not the best atmosphere really.

You cannot fault this Hotel for anything (except Car Park). Booking in is Easy ,All Staff are Great,Rooms are lovely,Clean, comfortable and location of Hotel for our needs is Superb.
After saying all that trying to get out of Car Park is a Nitemare!! .Parking is £36 for 24 hours.Perfectly reasonable in Chelsea, but soon as you try to pay at car park machines it just keeps ejecting notes and leaving credit card details in these machines is not the best of ideas.phone security and they tell you there is no problem., yet people milling around who have the same problem get the same response.Security will not come down to release you , they ask you to walk out of car park up into there office wait in a queue !!,where they will process your card, then another walk back , without a word of apology!! We stay at this hotel on a regular basis and the same thing happens every time !!
