If your going to a concert at O2 Sheppard’s Bush this place is perfect! We were given a room in another building 2 houses over. This place has been totally renovated and really nice. The room was spacious and clean . We had a quiet back room with 2 single beds. Beds and pillows soft and comfortable . Tea service in room. Breakfast was in the other room in a summer garden. The breakfast was served to you and was really good. Eggs toast cheese jam coffee cereal juice. They had it all!! Friendly reception area. The main house is a bit out dated but clean. Ask for a room in the other building . Oh ya stairs and no lift three stories so if your not fit to climb ask for a room in a lower floor!

We have found the hotel nice and tidy and professionally managed. It is well situated and reachable by various means and tubes . I particularly liked the surrounding area with different restaurants and pubs, while my wife was very happy with the Westtfield shopping complex which is of walking distance from the hotel.

Room tip: The left block seems recently renovated. The south sides are quieter.

Will start with a positive, according to my husband it was cheap. Also it was handy for both the bus and underground.
There were lots of steps both inside the hotel (no lift) and outside, the latter being slippery when wet.
In the first room we had, the double bed was pushed against the wall, but anticipating that, our friend, who had made the booking, had booked us a triple room. Our shower only gushed scalding water, very dangerous, and could not be adjusted. The only toiletry provided was liquid soap in a wall mounted dispenser. Also as you entered the bathroom the light and fan went on, but the fan went on and on long after you had exited the bathroom, very disturbing especially in the middle of the night. The fittings were rusty.
We were allocated a new room because of the broken shower. The bathroom had extensive black mould in the shower and there was smell. The walls did not reach the ceiling so the smell pervaded the bedroom and of course the fan noise was even more evident. The nozzle of the hairdryer was sellotaped on and the bin had not been emptied since the previous guests. The casing of the fridge was cracked. The windows were filthy. There was siren noise from emergency vehicles even at the back of the property.

Breakfast! Individual boxes of cereal, toast, fruit juice, croissants if you asked for them and tea or coffee. Cooked breakfast? Yes hard boiled eggs, that was it. No bacon, sausages, scrambled/fried/poached eggs/beans/tomatoes/mushrooms etc.On our second morning we asked for mixed toast, but were told it was brown only, they had run out of white bread!

I would not recommend this hotel and I would not stay here again.
