Great accommodation we stayed in the annex building accross the road, the rooms were very clean and comfortable only downside there wasnt much room for suitcases to be layed out.
The staff were exceptional always helpful for any request or questions we had.
My phone went missing and they didn't charge for any calls made from the room phone which was lovely of them to do.
Only a short 10min walk to victoria train station was very easy to get around.
I would definitely stay here again on mynext trip to london.

Booked through a travel website. Disappointed to find that the room we were allotted was in the basement and was really, really small. Have decided that henceforth, we will look for room dimensions before making reservations on the net. Though the room was clean, we decided to cancel (sadly, no refunds because we had made our bookings through a third party website)

Reservations made through Best Western were made 6 months in advance of stay. Credit card was presented to BW for advance payment. Five weeks before travel, I requested confirmation of reservation and was told that it was cancelled several months previously by the hotel for no advanced payment. The hotel and Best Western both had my email address and phone number but made no effort to contact me. The fault and the casual, indifferent cancellation was clearly with Best Western and the Victoria Hotel management. I ask them to reinstate the reservation and both BW and the hotel refused, but offered me available rooms with less capacity than originally requested and at twice the original price. Now I am left trying to find reservations for the family trip with my two graduation grandchildren.

hotel is located close to Victoria bus and train station which makes exploring London very easy. around the area are lots of restaurants to choose from which are good food and not swamp with tourists. just a block away is a laundry store which for 6 euros will wash your clothes and fold them (pick up the next day). full breakfast is offered by the hotel per se but a bit pricey. if you're into full English breakfast (which im not), go for it. if not, lots of cheaper options available around.

My family got a good deal on our stay here and what we received was fitting for the price we paid. We originally were booked into the annex, but a friend who booked her trip later and was in the main hotel, asked for us to be in the main hotel as well. They were very nice and moved our rooms for no extra price, but seeing as my sister and I were staying the longest, we could tell they gave us the tiniest room possible to not lose out too much. Our tiny two twin bed room was the size of an average college dorm room. The bathroom was so small we couldn't use the sink with the door closed because there just wasn't enough room. There also always seemed to be things in the hallways, be it ladders or big bags of towels, there was always something in the way.

Location wise, it's great. It's a short walk to Victoria Station where you can grab a coach bus or the tube and there are plenty of cafes and pubs in the vicinity. The surrounding area is also very nice and high class.

Overall, it's a nice place to stay if you're looking for a cheaper hotel that you don't plan on spending much time in. If you're looking for a place to stay that you can feel comfortable hanging around in, then this isn't the place for you.
