Had a good stay at this hotel. Excellent location - 5 minutes from Earl's Court underground.
Everything was fine and what you would expect from Premier Inn. Basically it does what it says on the tin!
Would recommend to others.
Conmfortable rooms, as expected of Premier Inn. Staff welcoming and friendly. Only downside is that the hotel is built over the District tube line which runs on the surface at thgis point - so noise levels were quite high - Imagine a trolley case being pulled across a grate right outside you're bedroom window. I was on the 5th floor so I imagine noise levels lower down will be worse
Generally Premier Inns are very acceptable. Not the greatest hotel chain, but decent value for money, and you know what you're going to get... This hotel is decent, but the service in the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired.
Ignored on arrival, I was finally shown to a table, handed a menu and left to ponder. Nearly 20 minutes later, my order was taken and my first drink served.
When the food arrived, it was plonked on my table - my working on an ipad was obviously an inconvenience to the waiter as he more or less pushed it out of the way.
Decently presented, and reasonable food - they just need to sort out their service levels!

After many years staying around the Covent Garden area, we changed to this hotel mainly because of its closeness to Earls Court Underground station and ease of travelling there on a direct line from Heathrow airport. Earls Court is a fully accessible station with lifts to street level, and whereas previously we had hauled our luggage up and down stairs at Charing Cross, this was a breeze.
It was a very pleasant surprise to find the hotel such a short walk away from the station, in a safe, well established residential neighbourhood with a variety of stores.
Reception staff, Andrew, Shah and Leon, couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming, and offered us useful advice on places and events in the city during our stay.
Our room was large, clean and quiet and we appreciated having plenty of space for our suitcases.
This is our new go-to place in London!
Very clean rooms, good breakfast, and good food in the restaurant, and a cosy bar for a night cap if you want it. Staff were good and very helpful. A good location for Earls Court. Well worth staying.
Premier Inn Kensington was a life saver for our first day in London. After discovering our booked room at another hotel to be very inadequate, we discovered Premier Inn a short walk down the street . The staff at Premier Inn was very helpful and accommodating. The location was very convenient with the tube a 5 minute walk away. The rooms were always clean and the dining room had a great menu with reasonable prices. Premier Inn became our home away from home.
