“Is this really a Premier Inn?”
Reviewed 25 November 2013

My friend and I stayed at this hotel last weekend for the Christmas show at Earls Court and I can thoroughly recommend it. It was minutes away from the venue which was a plus and an even bigger plus was that we only paid £49 each for a double room! Couldn't get over how positive and helpful all the staff were which made it such a great atmosphere all weekend. The brekkie was a great deal also and there was lots of choice. The room was perfectly clean and tidy and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Well done Premier Inn!

Room Tip: Although the view from our rooms 115 & 117 overlooked the train line it didn't bother us at...

Rooms very comfortable and staff, especially those on Reception were very helpful - we were on the second floor and had no problem with noise of any kind, had a bit of confusion in the Restaurant over their 'meal deal' but setting that aside there was little to complain about and would most certainly stay again.

Stayed at the hotel from 20th to 23rd November, greeted very warmly, check in was easy, staff friendly, room was really nice, usual tea, coffee etc and very comfy. We had booked the "meal deal" package, which, at £22.00 each included, all you can eat buffet breakfast and three course evening meal with wine or other choice. Really good choice of food for evening..the steak was superb and the breakfast in both choice and quality of the food was excellent. Bar prices were not extortionate for London prices with a good selection of beers, wines and spirits. The staff were very attentive in the restaurant without being intrusive. Hotel is very well located about 100 yards from Earls Court Tube station. The tube line runs under the hotel and there can be some noise but it is hardly noticeable.Plenty local placed to eat if preferred.

Room Tip: There is no problem with the staff if you request a room overlooking the road rather than the railwa...

Had a good stay at this hotel. Excellent location - 5 minutes from Earl's Court underground.
Everything was fine and what you would expect from Premier Inn. Basically it does what it says on the tin!
Would recommend to others.

Conmfortable rooms, as expected of Premier Inn. Staff welcoming and friendly. Only downside is that the hotel is built over the District tube line which runs on the surface at thgis point - so noise levels were quite high - Imagine a trolley case being pulled across a grate right outside you're bedroom window. I was on the 5th floor so I imagine noise levels lower down will be worse

Generally Premier Inns are very acceptable. Not the greatest hotel chain, but decent value for money, and you know what you're going to get... This hotel is decent, but the service in the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired.
Ignored on arrival, I was finally shown to a table, handed a menu and left to ponder. Nearly 20 minutes later, my order was taken and my first drink served.
When the food arrived, it was plonked on my table - my working on an ipad was obviously an inconvenience to the waiter as he more or less pushed it out of the way.
Decently presented, and reasonable food - they just need to sort out their service levels!

After many years staying around the Covent Garden area, we changed to this hotel mainly because of its closeness to Earls Court Underground station and ease of travelling there on a direct line from Heathrow airport. Earls Court is a fully accessible station with lifts to street level, and whereas previously we had hauled our luggage up and down stairs at Charing Cross, this was a breeze.
It was a very pleasant surprise to find the hotel such a short walk away from the station, in a safe, well established residential neighbourhood with a variety of stores.
Reception staff, Andrew, Shah and Leon, couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming, and offered us useful advice on places and events in the city during our stay.
Our room was large, clean and quiet and we appreciated having plenty of space for our suitcases.
This is our new go-to place in London!
