For the price, this hotel is excellent. It's a block away from the Earl's Court tube stop and plenty of dining options to choose from (if you're willing to walk a bit). The staff was awesome, super helpful and nice, the only downside being that they never answered the phone when I called down.

I thought it was odd that the hotel did not have mini-fridges or a safe in the room. The lack of laundry was a shame as well, especially since it cost us £11 to do one load of laundry at the wash & dry down the street. Navigating the hotel is a little tricky at times as well - I ended up in the Marriott somehow one night!

I read many Trip Advisor reviews before booking and was a bit worried about the noise, since the hotel is located next to an outdoor train track. Our room was across the bridge on the other side of the street, so we didn't have to deal with that noise, just the rumble of the train passing by, which didn't really bother either of us. Just bring some earplugs and deal!

Room Tip: Rooms on the opposite side of the bridge don't seem to be near the train tracks

Usual premier inn standard near Earls Court underground. Welcoming check in, baggage storage free as we were early for check in. Room clean and air conditioning worked well, even better you could open the window a little.
Evening meal service was terribly slow despite serving staff seeming to work at maximum speed we protested after one hour and no main course and we're told they had staffing problems in the kitchen. Staff apologetic and some discount given however not good with two small hungry children.
Breakfast was fine.

Room Tip: Had fifth floor and it was fairly peaceful, suspect lower floors might be noisier

We chose the Premier Inn at Earls Court as it was convenient for our visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. Only minutes from Earls Court Underground with District Line access to Sloane Square we were able to enjoy the whole day at the flower show. Access for Covent Garden & our theatre trip
was easy too. We received a warm welcome on arrival & staff continued to go that extra mile throughout our stay, keen that we make the most of our London trip. The restaurant was excellent value, especially breakfast. Our room was spotless & our bed extremely comfortable. Zzzzzzzz!
Would certainly stay here again!

Room Tip: Although we had two lift 'journeys' to make to our room 'across the road' it was well worth it. Our room was really quiet & each night we slept well after exploring London! We were not disturbed in the morning either as London ' woke up'!

The room was very comfortable, spacious family room at no extra cost, our room was on 5th floor on opposite side of road, not difficult to find, not too far to walk, very quiet at night. Breakfast excellent, very handy for tube, not 10 mins to natural history museum as suggested, more like 20 when walking with children, along busy main road.

The hotel itself is fine. It is in a great location. However, if you are a wheelchair user this is not the hotel for you. The lift is not big engough for wheelchair user and carer. The doors are not wide enough.
