Stayed here in November 2013 for a visit to Royal Albert Hall. Arrived early but no problem to leave luggage whilst room was being prepared. Excellent room. Food was really good and the staff very friendly. Also not too far from underground station. Would stay here again.

For a great valued hotel that is close to lot of amenities and attractions this is the place to be. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous at all times and went out of their way to assist you with whatever your needs were . The breakfast was plentiful and lots to choose from.
The hotel is only a hop, step and a jump away from Earls Court underground rail station which gives you great access into central London. You are only a few paces away from one of The main High Streets in London (Kensington) which has a lot of excellent restaurants and retail premises to choose from.
The rooms are well maintained, very clean and they offer a very comfortable place to stay

Room Tip: Request a room in main building as rooms over causeway seem to have only one way out (which is the w...

great value even during school holidays, made a four day trip to London very affordable. Staff are always friendly and helpful even at busy times. Good breakfast more than enough food and evening meal was a good quality and value for money. Rooms offer the usual premier livery but most importantly they are clean. The most outstanding feature of this hotel is its location.

I stayed here with my wife and two sons for a weekend. We booked a family room, which is actually a large room with two extra beds put in. It works. The room wad located in the building across the road which was a bit of a walk but again, it works. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was well organized and plenty of choice.
The nearby underground station (3 min walk) is your gateway to London, at night there are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby for entertainment.

We've stayed here 3 times and firstly location is perfect. Following that, the hotel has everything you need for a short break in London - comfortable beds, quietness, good air conditioning, bar and restaurant, extremely helpful staff that genuinely want to make your stay happy. We have stayed in other hotels and I will return here again and again as I always leave happy.

Stayed here for Wimbledon and I echo what everyone else says about this hotel. We stayed in a fourth level room in the main building facing the street and didn't hear any outside noise though the walls are thin and you can hear people in neighboring rooms. Front staff was exceptional and very helpful.

lovely hotel, clean tidy, and comfortable, however only 30mins free internet a day, you can only order the full English there wasn't an option to just order a continental, and continental is not included in the price.
excellent location for the tube and there are places like subway and greggs close by to purchase lunch. and music in the bar wasn't an option at night for us just football : (
I would still use this hotel again in the future, and recommend it to others.
