Excellent hotel only 5 mins walk from Earl's Court tube. Room and bathroom pristine. Staff really helpful and we were able to leave luggage when we got there early and also leave it until later on departure day. Double bed and single beds really comfy but the the trundle bed for 2nd child is very hard. Air con was very welcome in hot, sticky weather. We'd planned to have breakfast elsewhere but when we realised that kids eat free, it was better value to eat in the on-site restaurant. Excellent choice of food which we all enjoyed. Wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again.

Situated just off the A4(Cromwell Road) in Kensington it was really easy to find. Only draw back on the whole trip was that there is no parking, so we booked on line at the nearby Millenium Gloucester Hotel which was secure and only £20 per day.
The Premier Inn was only about 100yards from the Earls Court tube station which gave you easy access around the city.
The hotel was clean and the staff were attentive, polite and very keen to ensure they did every thing to make your staff enjoyable without being overbearing.
Our family room was spotless and spacious.
We booked the meal deal which £22.99 per adult per day and included a very good breakfast and a two course evening meal off the restaurant menu. This also included a drink. The meal deal was excellent value and quality. There was also a happy (two) hour in the bar from 5 til 7 pm Mon to Thurs. two pints of a Carling for £3.40 a real bargain anywhere, never mind London!
The hotel was within easy walking distance to the Natural History Museum and the V&A. We even walked in as far as Harrods.

Looking forward to our next visit already.

I would not give 3 stars to this property, rooms are very basic and filthy ( there were some dark brown marks in the bathroom walls). Breakfast had a good variety of breads, eggs, fruit and is a good deal for 10 punds, specially when kids 15 and under eat for free. Only 1 block away from the tube station.

Good value and good location. However, a second bed in a room is a day bed. Coffee and tea and hot water kettle in each room. The rooms are also air-conditioned even though the web site does not state.

We arrived last Friday very early. The receptionist (Mick) went out of his way to get us a room even though we offered just to leave the luggage and come back later.

Throughout our stay we enjoyed a good night sleep in a clean, airconditioned room with the sumptuous breakfast.

As we were about to leave on Monday water leaked into our bathroom from the bathroom above. We got profuse apologies and the offer of another room, even though we ready to go.

The hotel is within easy reach of the centre. I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great location, very comfy beds for adults & kids. Fab air conditioning, staff friendly & helpful, room very clean, wee bit on the small side for 2 adults & 2 kids but it is central London. Very quiet in the evening so we will return & recommend to friends & consider Premier Inn at other locations for future short breaks.

Noise from tube trains can be heard from all rooms facing Earl's Court station. Avoid these room if you really want to have a good night sleep in this hotel. Also, insist on room with working TV channels.
