Only stopped over for one night on business but very impressed Very comfortable room - spacious and spotlessly clean. Shower pressure was good (often a problem) and nice towels. The bed and pillows were lovely and comfortable and the room was very quiet through the night.
The hotle is nicely laid out and The pub adds a welcoming touch with a good selection of beers.
Breakast was part of my deal and was hearty and well cooked - good selection and some lovely artisan breads on offer!
Teamaking facilities were a miss but a minor gripe.
Not the greatest location to be honest but it is nice to get a little way away from the WEst End sometimes. Staff were very friendly and corteous.
Thoroughly enjoyed my short stay.

This hotel is a little bit out of London but once we got our bearings we found the location to be fine.
Catch a bus outside the hotel to Oxford Circus or three stops down on the bus to Kilburn for the nearest tube station.
The swimming pool was great for the kids as they loved it after a long day site seeing. The pub was which belongs to the hotel was also nice. The rooms were very spacious compared to some 4 star hotels in central London and were very clean with comfy beds. Nice reception area and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay here again.

I was there between 8-15.10.13 with another two friends. The room is large with a flat TV, electric kettle and safe. Breakfast is not included in the price, so the lack of a fridge was noticeable.
The bathroom was spacious.
The reception staff was friendly and helped us with any questions we had.
The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Kilburn Tube (Jubilee Line) and 5 minutes walk from the Overground. EAt the entrance of the hotel there is a bus stop with several bus lines that travel to the tube quickly and frequently..
The hotel is highly recommended, it has a fully equipped gym, swimming pool, pub-linked (with reasonable prices). There are plenty of Oriental restaurants along with fast food restaurants.

This is a basic but good 3 to 4 star hotel, with all services expected of such a place. It is nice and clean, the food is good, the rooms are fine, the service is pretty good. All in all, it's not a bad place to be.

The immediate area is pretty cool. It's a piece of traditional, real, non-touristic London, and is really interesting. There are some cool pubs and restaurants around, and Hampstead & Kilburn High Road are cool areas not very far.

Our friends and ourselves booked this hotel by mistake but what a wonderful mistake it turned out to be. We booked an all inclusive flight and hotel plus breakfast and thought we were booking a hotel close to Buckingham Palace .
The Crown Moran is about 40 minutes by bus from Victoria Station but the bus stops right outside the door. My husband figured out routes each day to the major sites in London. We used bus , train and tube so often it did not take as long . It was fun to see the sites then relax back at the hotel . We would stop at the corner store for a couple cans of beer , walk into the Crown, ask for a bucket of ice and visit with our friends in our room ,play bridge and drink a beer. We would then go to the charming Pub attached to the hotel and have a delicious dinner. The wait staff were all very interesting .We noticed quite a few were from Romania ,Poland and France . We ate in the Asian restaurant once and found it to be just as good. The breakfasts we incredible. Everything anyone could want was there.
Our room was very clean , spacious , quiet, and the bed was comfortable . The staff were always helpful although we did have one snag when we did not receive our wake up call prior to our trip outside London. Luckily the taxi arrived a few minutes early and called up to us.
I highly recommend the Crown. Don't be afraid of the distance outside the centre of London because the Crown is well worth it.
