It may not be of luxury but the hotel provides a great place to stay while in the city with great budget and comfortable rooms. Rooms are of decent sizes and are perfect for stay. Service is good and the location is great with great access to the city. It is basically what you pay for is what you get sort of hotel.

I read that the rooms were small but I didn't expect this small !
On the bright side it's really close to Victoria station (less than 5mn) and located in a cute calm street. The decors are very bright and the lady at the desk was nice. It was clean.
But the bathroom door had trouble opening, the bed was the only furniture in the room, the fruit were very small size.
For the prize is was pretty good though

Yes, the room is small, but in views of the great location and reasonable price, I have no complaint at all, except the low water pressure of shower. Wifi is not stable, but generally still acceptable. The room is clean. There are also some tourist guide books available in Ground floor which maybe useful to your trip.

I am travelling with a friend and we're looking for a hotel on a good location, clean and budget friendly. This hotel fits in nicely and we were happy with our choice :) It is very close with Victoria train, coach and underground station, we can easily drag our heavy suitcases from hotel to train station. We arrived by train from Ascot and leave london by train to Gatwick airport. We can walk from hotel to Buckingham palace and start our sightseeing from there.
The hotel gives fruits in the basket which is nice. We bring them when we go every morning.
The owners are also nice and friendly people. I asked for room on ground floor because we need to leave early morning on our last day and we don't want to carry our suitcases thru the stairs.
Room and bathroom is small but we have been expecting that, London is an expensive city, so no issue. The 2 of us can still juggle with our suitcases. Our room actually is a triple room, but I dont recommend 3 people to stay because there won't be enough space for 3 suitcases.

The sink in the bathroom is small so I wash my face in the shower. The sink is only good for brushing your teeth.

I shall return to this hotel if I come back to London. The location is perfect :)

The only downside is the hotel doesnt have lift. But I saw the hotel staff is helping people carry their stuff to and from their room.

Room Tip: Ask for room on ground floor if you carry big suitcases. The hotel doesnt have lift.

So happy with this place. I don't know how to compare it to other hotels in London based on room size or quality, but I think that for the money, we were treated very well. It is a very nice family owned place. Rooms were always clean. The walls were thin, and the rooms were small, but we paid a fraction of the price of most hotels in the area. Great location. Very safe feeling in the rooms.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. My wife and I loved our stay here. The hotel is almost literally around the corner from the Victoria Coach and the Victoria Train stations. Our flight arrived very early and left very late a few days later and the hotel was very accommodating about holding our bags for us. The rooms are very small but really that is average for London and the room had what we needed a very comfortable bed (and best hotel pillow I've ever used) and a great location for a amazing price for London. We will defiantly stay there again.
