Four nights in London and The Belgrave Hotel were our first stop on a month long trip to Europe. We arrived after 24 hours of travel from Australia and we were very relieved when we arrived at the hotel! We arrived quite early - at about 10.30-11am and the staff were very friendly and happy to store our luggage for us while we had a wander around. The room was ready earlier than expected and they had even upgraded our room - we had just booked a standard room however we were absolutely thrilled with the room we were given! On the fifth floor (the top floor I think) and over looking the streets and city below - our room was so spacious, impeccably clean and modern! The wi-fi was great - free and very fast (the fastest out of all of our hotels on this trip). The bed was a king size and very comfortable! Room had everything we could have asked for - a very large smart tv (which was great for watching the tennis!), a safe etc. They had even left us some complimentary chocolates! When we checked in they gave us a map of the area and of the underground which was a great help as it showed where different sights were in relation to the hotel and how to get there. The hotel is a five minute walk from Pimlico underground station and a ten minute walk from Victoria Station (lots of shops and food). A great location - very safe area - and an easy walk, tube or bus ride to all of London's most popular sights! The 24 bus goes from outside of the hotel and that takes you up to Westminster Abbey/Houses of Parliament and up to Trafalgar Square. The breakfast was great - no restaurant but plenty of nice ones just up the road. We had an amazing time at The Belgrave - definitely made our trip to London that much better!

A great stay! Pleasant staff, discreet service and a great choice of a la carte breakfast rather than pay for loads of stuff you don't want. Clean, modern and we had a fantastic shower! Not too much around the hotel for dining options - but this makes for a quiet, safe neighborhood. We can recommend Chimes for a good value meal with a great choice of cider!

I stayed for a week...it was wonderful. The people there were all so friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for all the London attractions...within walking distance of everything. Easy access to Victoria Station. The neighborhood was charming and safe and quiet. My room was beautiful! And when I checked in, I received an unexpected upgrade! It was a wonderful surprise! This was my first trip abroad, and i can honestly say that the people at the Belgrave helped make my experience one I will always treasure.

My wife and I stayed for one night at the Belgrave and have nothing but praise for this hotel. We were celebrating a special occasion and were upgraded to a signature room. The hotel was spotless, recently refurbished and in a great location in a peaceful area of Pimlico, just 10 minutes from Victoria station. Reception was very welcoming, very efficient and could not be faulted. Our room was outstanding, modern, spacious, well decorated, clean and a pleasure to stay in. I cannot fault this hotel and would recommend it to anybody visiting London. Great value for money, yet first class. Do not give this hotel a miss

Great stay. Our booking on lastminute.com was cancelled but I wasn't notified so shocked when I turned up. Staff however helped me out & got us room at same price as booked. Clean & friendly place to stay. Very good location for all you need in London. Thank you to the staff.

I have just stayed here for two nights with a friend. The staff were excellent at all times. The rooms are small but clean and perfectly equipped for a city break. The bathroom was also a good standard and the lobby area is nice to sit and have a peaceful drink. The location of this hotel is excellent with many things within walking distance and good transport links for things a bit further away. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel in a good location.

The hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance of a number of London's sites, such as the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Tate Museum, Hyde Park, and also with links to public transport via Victoria station, both for coaches to get into London and the Underground to get around. The area is quiet, with a number of small pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby also.
The hotel has the same exterior look as most on the street, but within has the image of a boutique hotel, with sparkley tiles on the floors, deep, rich colours and tall chairs. The space is at a premium, which means the corridors are narrow, the lift is fairly small and the rooms are very closely connected. The room was comfortable, and well-designed, but small compared to previous hotel experiences, so a few minutes was needed to adjust. The bathroom was good, with a large shower within.
