Just back from a 2 night stay at this hotel. What can I say except brilliant! The rooms are spotless and extremely comfortable but the best thing is, the staff.
Nothing is too much for them and they ALWAYS have a smile and ALWAYS ask “how is your day” or “have a nice day”.
I would highly recommend this hotel, not only for the above but also for the location which is amazing with plenty of very reasonably priced bars and restaurants close by.

Great service. Restaurant was excellent. Room service was a little slow but really attentive and overall great quality. Loved the location. Very accessible to public transportation and the restaurants and activities in the areas were great.

We stayed here last night after the epic Foofighters gig. This has to be one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Check in was effortless and we were made to feel very special. The room was lovely, great bed and everything you’d need. Breakfast this morning was delicious and all of the staff working in the restaurant were so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again. It’s how a hotel experience should be.

The hotel is set in a fantastic location, right next to the DLR, looking over the quay and surrounded by bars and restaurants.
On booking, my husband had mentioned that we would be celebrating our wedding anniversary during our stay. On arrival, check-in was very busy but the queue of guests were greeted with complimentary fresh fruit juice and gin and tonic. Claudia gave us a very professional welcome and advised us that our room had been upgraded to an executive suite which was a fabulous start to our weekend!
The suite was beautiful, very clean and modern. The bed was large and very comfortable, large tv with sky sports, a nespresso coffe machine, mini bar and a great view of the city. The bathroom was large with a separate bath and shower. We even had complimentary fresh chocolate dipped strawberries and cream delivered to our room with a card wishing us Happy Anniversary! The nicest surprise about having a suite was the free access to the executive lounge. This was open throughout our stay offering lovely views across the city, complimentary afternoon tea, canapes and a free bar of an evening.
Breakfast was served in the Manhattan restaurant. There was a great choice of hot food such as sausage, bacon, pancakes, waffles, including the option of eggs benedict/eggs royale and freshly made omelettes. There was also a good selection of danishes, meat & cheeses, fresh fruit, yoghurts and even a glass of bubbly which was a lovely treat!!
The bar is expensive (Bailey's coffee £11.50) but we were more than happy to pay this after the fantastic hospitality we had received from the hotel.
All staff we had contact with were very professional, welcoming and certainly made our stay one to remember. We have travelled all over the world and stayed in some very special places but I have to say, this hotel is certainly up there as one of our favourites and is the best one we've stayed in whilst visiting London. We will definitely be recommending to others and will return soon!!

When we arrived there was quite a wait but we were offered complimentary drinks which was an extremely warm welcome. During check in we were kindly upgraded to an executive suite with a view of the river which was incredible. Staff were highly attentive but not pushy and extremely helpful. Fantastic location and very quiet despite it being a Friday night. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in London.
