I just spent one night there, but I got a free upgrade for a bigger room, so things couldn't start better.

The hotel is really near the Victoria Station (underground, train, coach), so from there you can go almost anywhere quite easy. Because of that (the underground may run near under the building) there was some intermitent trembling, but it disappeared late at the night.

The place was clean and tidy, and the service and breakfast was excellent. Just what I needed.

This is a really good choice if you know what you're getting.

Fantastic friendly and helpful service, really convenient location for Victoria Station, clean and modern space to sleep in - great value if these match your criteria. There were even free drinks and nibbles in the early evening. The rooms are designed for sleeping in, not for spending time in, so not a hotel for room parties, nor cat-swinging, nor claustrophobes. But for the rest of us it's a fine place for a short stop-over, and for us the warmth of the staff more than made up for the lack of in-house amenities (What? no health club? no sauna? no pool, no golf course?).

One of our customers has offices just round the corner, so we'll be back.

Stayed over the weekend of the 19th Jan.
Very close to Victoria station with a few pubs and shops on the way.
Warm welcome from v friendly staff. We had made the mistake of not printing an e ticket for a excursion, they were only too happy for us to use a laptop and the reception printer so we didnt lose the booking,
Room was small but perfectly formed, clean and comfy.
The wine and cheese in the evening gave the hotel a really nice touch and we were slightly disappointed that our transport home wasnt cancelled due to snow, as we would of loved another night here!

The Z Hotel Victoria was really great from the most perfect central location (1 min away from Victoria - metro, trains etc) to the nice room and clean amenities, to the excellent staff (super friendly and polite)

It was a pleasure staying there and I will always come back when I visit Lodon.

Thank you!

If you like small rooms, being able to open your Room Door Whilst in the Shower, would suit people that are shorter than average, the double bed well what can I say except slightly claustraphobic.
It is expensive for what it is and would prefer a window in the room, balcony, but is in an excellent location, so thats what I think would I stay there again no, low value for money scenario

Room Tip: no swimming pool or fitness centre, go to another Hotel

Hi my sister and I just visited for two nights, and we arrived early to the hotel. Upon arrival we were not greeted, we had to say hello, we were checking in. First thing he said was you are early, which it was 9 am of course we knew that! They stored our bags until 3 pm which was great. We were never offered a welcome, a map, no friendly warmth at all! If we had not been to London prior this would have been more of a kicker. We stayed in the cheapest room, double no windows, and yes it was tiny, but that did not bother us as we expected it. It was very clean and modern which was great. The room was very hot though, so no airflow. Also no phones in the room, that was a first. i asked to use front desk phone and one of staff were speaking to a guest, so another staff member handed me his cell phone after I stood there for 10 minutes, kind but unproffesional, and they only have one phone for the hotel!? They have a "restaurant" but it's literally one long table in the middle of reception room. And check in desk is a cappuccino bar, so really strange. As for location, excellent literally across from Victoria tube station, and walking distance to all of central London and sites. This hotel would be so much better if they focused on service, you can tell these couple of staff members, that are young kids by the way, have no customer service experience. We were never greeted ever while walking in and out. Lastly upon check out they said ok no charges, you are good to go, and by the way was your stay fine? Wow, interesting choice of words. So overall our stay was fine, yes, just fine! We had no expectations going in, so this was our thoughts.
