We have just spent 3 nights at this very pleasant Premier Inn in West London. This is our second stay at this hotel and we found that it is still exceptionally well kept, very clean and tidy with lovely and helpful staff in all departments. We found our room on the sixth floor and were surprised to see it set up as a four bed family room, a quick word with reception and housekeeping were at the door within minutes and the room restored to a double within ten minutes of our arrival - amazing service. The restaurant is still of a very good standard with lots of choice for breakfast and, although we never ate dinner here, the menu looked great! Access to central London is brilliant with buses passing the door and the tube station just a ten minute stroll away. This hotel has everything going for it especially the amazing staff.

Stayed here weekend before Xmas for 3 nights and have to say it was ideal. Being on the same Tube line as Earls Court/Olympia certainly made travelling easier. As this was booked a year before managed to get 3 nights for £133, an absolute bargain for a London hotel!
The hotel itself hasn't been open too long and it certainly had the feel of a place still finding it's feet. First night the kids in the room above stomped around for an hour from 5:00AM. We mentioned this when asked if we slept well and straight away we were directed to reception and that nights cost re-funded, no quibble, and moved rooms. Very good of them although I know this is what they promise.
Stay in all was very enjoyable and would definitely stay here again. Only thing is, on checking the prices, they are nowhere near £44/night; now almost double which is a shame.

Another good stay at Premier Inn. Went just after Christmas having booked at a good price, slight delay at reception as room was not ready on arrival. Good location - easy to get bus to Westfield (White City) shopping centre , bus stop just outside hotel. Also only 10 minutes walk to Ealing Broadway train station for central London. Had meal at restaurant first evening - good value for money, also breakfasts were very good even though restaurant was busy. Room a little on the small side compared to other Premier Inns, but very clean and had all you needed. Just ask at reception for extra coffee and milk. Did not have any problem with parking, £6 for overnight secure parking excellent value. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful - would have no hesitation in booking again.

We just stayed here again in December and continued to find it very good. A few updates from our first review in June:

- The staff are still excellent
- Hotel is continues to be clean and in very good condition
- The hostess in the breakfast area, Donna Marie, is the nicest person in London! She was great with our kids.
- Location, again, excellent for Ealing Broadway.
- We used the Heathrow Connect service from Heathrow to Ealing Broadway which takes about 15 minutes and was 7.20 each way for adults and kids were free. Note there is no elevator or escalator at Ealing Broadway station.
- We found the beds to be uncomfortable and don't provide a lot of support for people who sleep on their backs. Forgot to mention that on the first visit. They are relatively soft and without much padding, would prefer a firmer and more padded mattress - a mattress topper would help a bit. We ended up sleeping on our sides.
- We borrowed a car from relatives for a few nights, and unlike our first visit, one night we didn't get parked in the hotel parking lot. The night clerk gave us a leaflet explaining some nearby car parks but they all have relatively early times at which you need to get up and start paying for them.
- If you understand Britain's arcane parking restrictions then it appears that you can park on the street right across from the hotel at certain times - but do make sure you understand the restrictions and times...
- I found pay and display parking on the street around the corner at the side of the town hall, it started charging at 10AM on Sunday, I went and bought a ticket at 10AM for 30 minutes for 1 pound, and returned at 10:32AM to find a parking warden getting ready to write a ticket for it. When I stopped him he said he was going to stop the ticket but then someone told me that they just say that to avoid confrontation and just give you the ticket through the computer system so we'll see...
- Anyway, be extremely careful to follow the parking restrictions in that area to avoid getting a ticket!

Overall, very happy with the hotel, staff, and location, with the exception of the quality of the mattresses which I feel I need to take off one circle for.

This is a good hotel with great staff and a great location, BUT it has started to suffer from a case of being overly overrated by the Premier Inn corporate office. This location has always been more expensive than others, that's fair enough given it's location and incredibly easy connection to and from Heathrow airport and central London, I have stayed here many times but my recent price quote was really the last straw, I was quoted £128 saver and £175 flexible per night booking for just myself for February 2014, absolute thievery! Now I know premier inn is certainly a notch above travelodge but the travelodge directly opposite the Ealing premier inn quoted me £46 per night flexible rate for the same type room and dates and we are definately not talking the difference between chalk and cheese here, Travelodge is no flop house, needless to say I'm staying at the Travelodge, it's across the street for gods sake!
I don't know if the premier inn now compares themselves above hotels like the Marriott but I was quoted £108 per night for the Marriott Heathrow, only reason not to stay there was my appointments were closer to Ealing but certainly had the travelodge not been available that is where I would have been staying. Won't be staying at premier inn Ealing again until they get a grip of the real world around then.

6 of us stayed here overnight whilst visiting London. There was a bit of confusion over our third room but was sorted within half hour due to a very friendly lady on reception called Lina, the same lady showed us to our table at breakfast and was still all smiles and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here whilst visiting Middlesex Uni. On the main road and easy to find. Parking on site is available and free. The reception was OK; however the Receptionist Peter was spot on. Made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door. The hotel itself is a little jaded in the Hallways etc, but my room with a huge double bed was very presentable. Flat screen TV and coffee/ tea facilities are in the rooms, but the Wi-Fi is only free for 1/2 hour, don’t know what the charges are after this because I used my Ipad and 3G. Seems such a shame when even places like McDonalds will give you free wifi with a £1 cheese burger that Premier Inns can’t with a £70+ room!! Nice enough Bar area and again looked after by Peter. The breakfast was a very good full English buffet, and again good friendly service. All in All a good stop over and I will probably stay here again.
