“Friendly staff, not far from end point of two tube lines”
Reviewed 18 January 2014

We stayed here almost one week over the festive season, so it was quite crowded. checkin was efficient and friendly, we also choose wifi pack for the week at 10 gbp, which is not bad (they have also 30 minutes free per day as possibility). it is quite well situated, we came by car and it must be about ten minutes from Heathrow. car park is 6 gbp per day. Walking less than 10 min will bring you to Ealing Broadway end/start point of red and green tube line so in morning you have your seat to go into London. it takes some time of course to get there. Rooms are standard but large enough for us to stay with two kids: we had of course the beds one next to the other but it seemed acceptable and bathroom is OK. Breakfast is good but can be crowded, people sometimes had to wait quite some time. There are hot dishes for English breakfast but also croissants and toasts, and choice of for ex yoghurts and fresh fruit salad. On new year day they did kind of treasure hunt for the kids that was appreciated by them. We had one dinner in hotel, was acceptable and good food. by walking five minutes you can found large shopping center, and there are quite a number of resturants to be found.

Room Tip: as it is on road with police almost on other side of road there may be some noise on street side, we...

Stayed here for a week on business. The rooms are standard, But of course good in line with all premier inns. The bar and restaurant are friendly, and this hotel is well located with plenty of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The only minor downside is it's on the main Ealing rd, so it's a little noisy first thing in the morning, and it's about a 10 minute walk from Ealing Broadway station

Stayed with my wife for 2 nights over the weekend. Check in was simple and took 1 minute. The hotel is very clean and the room a good size, clean and with all the usuals. Slept with the window open and could hear the trains but it was not a problem, and if you open a window anywhere in London you will hear trains, traffic or aircraft. The breakfast was a full buffet on Sunday morning and part buffet, part served on Monday morning. The food and service were both very good. Cooked food was all fresh and hot. Coffee excellent. Situated about 5-10 minutes from Ealing Broadway tube station which is 30 minutes to the west end. A daily travel card only cost £8 which is great value and made the stay a lot cheaper than staying in the west end.

Stayed for 2 nights with my children during a visit to London. Great rooms, great price and truly fantastic staff that took care and genuinely seemed to want my family to have a good stay. All in all, exceeded my expectations of the Premier Inn brand.

A nice hotel a bit outside the city. However there is a tube station right next to hotel. The breakfast buffet was a bit bland but ok. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. All in all a great value for money place to stay when visiting London. The hotel is right next to a major road however the sound proofing is so good that you are not bothered by noise at all.

Stayed for new year with two children. It's in a great location for the tube which ran late and was free after the new year fire work display. Stayed in a very comfortable family room. car parking was available and free breakfast for kids!

Booked a 3 night stay and after searching the net for hotels in Central London we opted for this Premier Inn in Ealing. The prices for Central London were extortionate so bearing in mind this Premier Inn was 30 mins on the tube and we had our Oyster Cards we booked here. Absolutely no regrets. It was just under a 10 min walk from Ealing Broadway tube station where we had the choice of 2 lines to get into London. Ealing was busier than what I thought so I felt safe walking to and from the tube station at night and the Premier Inn is across the road from the police station.

Check-in was quick and straightforward and the room was a standard premier inn room on the 6th floor. Didn't hear any noise from the outside traffic or from anyone else staying there. We booked breakfast and weren't disappointed. Buffet style and eat as much as you want which was always fresh. Staff in the restaurant were top class especially the female - her name might have been Donna Marie (not sure) but she made us feel most welcome.

No complaints at all and I'd definitely stay here again if and when I return to London.
