We stayed here almost one week over the festive season, so it was quite crowded. checkin was efficient and friendly, we also choose wifi pack for the week at 10 gbp, which is not bad (they have also 30 minutes free per day as possibility). it is quite well situated, we came by car and it must be about ten minutes from Heathrow. car park is 6 gbp per day. Walking less than 10 min will bring you to Ealing Broadway end/start point of red and green tube line so in morning you have your seat to go into London. it takes some time of course to get there. Rooms are standard but large enough for us to stay with two kids: we had of course the beds one next to the other but it seemed acceptable and bathroom is OK. Breakfast is good but can be crowded, people sometimes had to wait quite some time. There are hot dishes for English breakfast but also croissants and toasts, and choice of for ex yoghurts and fresh fruit salad. On new year day they did kind of treasure hunt for the kids that was appreciated by them. We had one dinner in hotel, was acceptable and good food. by walking five minutes you can found large shopping center, and there are quite a number of resturants to be found.
