“Chic and fun”

How refreshing - great service without being pretentious. Clean and quirky nice to stay somewhere a bit different. Visited Easter weekend and stayed in one of the pod rooms. Very clean, bed extremely comfortable, great for a couple of nights stay rooms just the right size but if you want to stay for a week the rooms might be a bit too small. However would definitely return again, faultless. Well done.

Room Tip: Avoid the disabled rooms, they are nice but not so bright as the normal pod rooms.

This hotel has everything you need- great location, great service, and fantastic rooms. We love the quirky rooms- so cool and unique. I'd emailed the hotel to tell them it was our 15th anniversary, and we were welcomed into the room with rose petals on the bed and complimentary drinks in the bar. We had come to London child free (thanks to fab friends who are looking after our two young children), so we wanted a funky, child free zone. We found it here. Book this hotel- you won't be disappointed.

We just spent a week in this unusual hotel. The staff is very very friendly and by far the main asset of the house. We had to experience this friendliness quite often since we had quite a few minor issues with the room (safe won't open, curtain didn't work, no fresh towels, no toilet paper reserve, Samsung tablet didn't load), which were all fixed quickly on request.

The tiny rooms are intelligently designed so that the lack of space is almost compensated.
The cleanliness could be a little better.
Nice bar and wonderful public spaces where you can find sofas, newspapers, state of the art apple computers to use for free and free wlan everywhere without any hassles to type in credentials which is annoying me all of the time in most of the other hotels. Wonderful!

So we had a very pleasant stay and can recommend this place.

We spent one night at citizenM and what is not to LoVe! The pod like rooms are extremely comfortable with a massive bed and spacious shower room. Delightful mood lighting and technology in the room can be controlled by a tablet. The open plan public areas are well designed bringing art, colour, creativity and comfort to the fore. The areas are vaguely subdivided and offer traditional dining spaces along with a variety of soft sofa's and Eames' chairs, all of which create a place to unwind and breathe easy in the centre of London. As for the cost, we felt the delicious food and drinks from canteenM along with the superior accommodation was reasonably priced and worth every penny. A highlight for both of us was the customer service. We had a technical fault in our room and once reported to the staff, known as ambassadors, we found their response was beyond our expectations and for that we are very grateful. Indeed all our interactions with the ambassadors were extremely positive. The beautiful, contemporary surroundings and attentive, knowledgable staff made our short stay an excellent experience.

The room was lovely, so clean, huge bed, amazing entertainment and technology. A very modern and stylish room. Perfect for city breaks and business trips. Very easy to check in and out, equipped with usb charging ports and plug sockets at most tables in the restaurant area.

Room Tip: The standard room is great.

Funky hotel, wonderful helpful staff, excellent cocktails, super comfy bed.

Great location if you're interested in going to the Tate or going on the Eye and not too far from Southwark tube which is great to get for accessing the West End.

All in all a brilliant experience and we
will be returning... Again and again and again.
