I stayed with my mom and brother for 11 nights which is a very long time and the experience was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in 302 at first and it was quite small so the guy at the reception changed us to 203. It was really great! The location is perfect as it's super close to buses, tubes and trains. There're some good cafes and restaurants near by as well. We loved it overall and would totally stay there again!

Room Tip: 203 is great. Less noise for rooms not facing the road in the front but even the ones in facing the...

I stayed here with my mum and dad who live in Canada for 4 nights. .location is exceptional
As is close to Hyde park and paddington, grabbed the heathrow express to padd &. 2 minutes later we were at the hotel. upon arrival we were exhausted and found the reception staff to be very helpful in check in. Lovely reception area and a lift! The room wasn't the largest but very clean and Had good cleaning services each day, . Breakfast was perfect as choice of English and contintental! Served with friendly staff. I found the reception staff to be exceptional as they went out there way to help my family each day organising our trips. There was 24 hour receptionist too!We had a fabulous time in London and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 203

Location is the only positive about this hotel! Breakfast is appalling! Rooms tiny! Manager moody! Is called a B & B, yet poor quality towels and handtowels (if you get one) cheap soap and gel and only supplied once!

Room Tip: If solo not 401 can be noisy near family rooms

I had one night at the hotel and had arranged in advance that I would go back to change at lunchtime on day two and leave my case there to collect on the way back to the station. They hung my smart clothes in the morning and opened up a room for me to change in and freshen up for no extra charge. The bed was comfortable and en-suite very clean. I was in a quiet room at the back (304) and although I noticed in the morning that there were stains on the base of the bed the bedding was all very clean and fresh. The breakfast lady was very friendly and choice good. I would stay there again - bargain for £75.

Room Tip: Room at rear quiet

Just stayed for one night at this B and B. It wasn't bad but it wasn't amazing...sort of somewhere in the middle.
It's got a good location close to public transport links and plenty of eateries and shops close by.
My single room was small but looked like it had recently been refurbished with new curtains, bed covers etc. The bathroom was small but again looked refurbished and was very clean. The sink was very small but the shower was very good and for one person space isn't really an issue. TV worked fine and the wifi was free throughout. Bed was very comfortable and sheets very clean.
Slight negatives. Room smelt a bit, bin hadn't been emptied from previous occupant , windows weren't double glazed so slightly noisy, and 2 things that a lot of hotels are guilty of....they don't hoover the edges of rooms and no mattress protectors. The wall behind where the bin was was covered in dirty stains where people had obviously thrown their tea bags in the bin and it had splashed on the walls. This could have easily been cleaned off.
Breakfast is in a small breakfast room in basement. I got there soon after breakfast started and already some things had run out ie milk and hadn't been replenished. When you asked it was done straight away but I would expect not to have to ask. Breakfast products were actually good quality. Proper Kellogg's cereals , anchor butter and Heinz Ketchup and HP sauce...lots of places use cheap alternatives. Coffee was good as well. Choice is fairly limited but perfectLy acceptable. Found it slightly odd that the two ladies serving were sitting down drinking coffee. They were polite and responded if you needed anything but a bit of customer service training might not go amiss.Same for the man on reception when I arrived mid evening. He was polite and efficient but not particularly welcoming.
Price was very good.
Like a previous comment in another review I am slightly surprised it has 4 stars. If you study the quality standards for 4 star guest accommodation I would say this is more a good 3 star. Overall though my experience here was good and I would probably stay again.

Room Tip: Ask for one away from reception and at the back if you want a quiet room

This lovely hotel in the middle of london I must say delivered in every aspect considering it is counted as a B&B. We stayed in room 305 which was more than aliquot for what we needed since most of our days where spent sightseeing, which the reception staff where more than helpful when it came to booking our daily activities. The room was clean, offered tea and coffee, different sized towels and our room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast also offered a variety and being a vegetarian the breakfast staff where very helpful. This hotel offers free wifi where from experience in the past this is a service you are required to pay for. Feel lucky to have found this lovely gem in the middle of london.

Here we go again, yet another London Hotel which disappoints greatly however this particular hotel, the Hyde Park Radnor takes standards down to a whole new level. Stayed in room 205 which is very small and noisy but this was the least of my worries. Incredibly the toilet was like something out of Fawlty Towers! This is not a bathroom but a converted cupboard which was tiny and featured a run down shower with a continuous drip of water, the WC was disgusting with what appears a blow back of something very nasty down the pan. I firstly thought this was from a previous user which housekeeping never flushed but quickly realised that a few minutes after a flush this `residue' would appear again along with a disgusting smell. Clearly major problems with the plumbing and waterworks! The tiny sink had pubic hairs at the bottom of it on the floor and the whole room was filthy. The TV only worked occasionally but the picture `froze' regularly and the remote control didn't. Dust and grime all over the place, a lumpy ancient bed and intermittent WiFi all added to my frustration and disgust. Unhelpful, unsmiling staff just going through the motions all contributed to a very dissatisfying experience and one I will never repeat again. Avoid at all costs!! You have been warned!

Room Tip: Make sure you bring your disinfectant hand gel!
