the tune hotel is a nice clean hotel with a great location, near the paddington metro station and a 10 minute walk to Oxford street (marble arch). the rooms are small but more than enough for a few days in London. good shower on a clean bathroom. Forget about the views. basically is a hotel to sleep.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for sharing your experience with us on Tripadvisor.

Tune Paddington’s location is one of our greatest strength near many transport links which provide easy access to the city’s main attractions. Our aim is to provide a good night sleep in a clean environment and to provide a refreshing shower to our guests.

We hope to welcome you again on your next trip to London.

Excellent location (esp if you're planning on the LHR Express train from Paddington), near all the great conveniences like fast food places, supermarkets. The room was tiny and the shower was really tiny. However, it was clean and functional. My only complaint is I had a big suitcase and had to carry it up an awkward flight of stairs as where my room was was no elevator. So if you are with luggage call ahead make sure you're on the side of the building with the elevator. But very good price point, excellent location and clean if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep at night and not a destination hotel. It is somewhat noisy with the sound of the trains but somehow i got used it it

Room Tip: If you have luggage ask for a room with elevator use, the stairs were a killer with my luggage on my...

Had an excellent stay at the Tune hotel Paddington. For the price we paid you cannot fault the hotel. We got a deal through a leading hotel search facility, so our stay included TV, towels and free wifi. We were not planning spending a great deal of time in the room, so only used the wifi on our mobile phones, and rarely used the TV. However both facilities worked fine and there was a great selection of freeview channels on the TV which I flicked through whilst getting ready to go out.
The staff were really helpful and directed my husband to a bank branch that we needed, the staff were happy to use the internet to find this information out for us. We arrived an hour before check in, and as we had lots to cram into our two night stay were happy to pay £5 for an early check in.
The room was small with no kettle, this again wasn't really an issue. The shower in the bathroom was lovely and powerful and very modern. The beds were comfortable, our bed was high up (I am 5ft 3 so might not be an issue for everyone) which meant my legs were dangling when I sat on it to put shoes/tights on etc. The bed was one side against the wall, again didn't bother us. I would only see this being an issue for persons of limited mobility.
In terms of location it is ideal. 5 mins (if that) walk to Edgeware Road Tube, Marks and Spencer near by, Tesco Express opposite and numerous eateries on the door step. There was a lovely Italian delicatessen/ coffee shop a few doors down, we didn't get the chance to try it out, but looked lovely from the outside.
We did not hear any traffic and only felt the occasional rumbling of a tube, room 303 was really quiet!!!
All in all this suited what we wanted, a comfortable night and a pleasant stay. Thank you Tune Hotel!

I have stayed in tune hotels a few times and they have served my needs well. Functional and clean (other than the hair in my bed which was disappointing). I had a room without a window this time and it was the largest of the rooms I had stayed in. Recommended.

As with any Tune Hotel the room is small and basic but it's brand new so everything from the bed linen to the decor to the towels is fresh and modern. Perfect spot for exploring London with Paddington train station and Edgware Road Tube stops right on your doorstep. Plenty of good options for breakfast really close by too. Great value hotel for London - I'll definitely be back.

This hotel was lovely, yes the rooms are small however they are bigger enough for one or two nights. The hotel is very modern and the staff are excellent we found when me and my partner stayed in January, 2014. The only problem I had was I could hear the Underground when we were in our room occasionally except from that. Lovely hotel.

Dear reviewer,

I am pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay with us. We always do our best to meet and exceed our guest’s expectations by providing excellent customer service. We understand that the size of the room is not ideal but this enables us to offer great rates for our central location.

Regarding the underground, unfortunately, we cannot control the situation and because of that, we do inform guest on our website about this problem. I would like to thank you again for taking the time to review our property and I am looking forward to hosting you again at Tune Paddington.
