Loved this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful! They assisted us everyday with directions and places to eat. The train station is only a short walk away. It is a nice part of town with cafes and places to eat close by. The room is good for the price and more spacious then what I was expecting. Although, the beds are very hard. The wifi is great and fast. Will stay here again if I come back to London!

One night stay, perfect location for arrival from Heathrow, easy access to bus stops for moving around London.
We arrived from US, stayed one night and off the Lakes District the next morning.
Point A Paddington was the perfect stop!

Being in central London we're surrounded by lots of transport links which can get you anywhere in the city and also the Heathrow express train from Paddington station which is 5 minutes away from our hotel. The room we got was the smallest on the floor. Our friends paid the same price for 2 but got a much bigger room. Knees were touching the wall when sitting on the toilet. There was only 1 bath towel no hand towels. The hotel did not change the towels we left on the floor in the morning. Hilton across the street is the same price for a better room 2.5 times the size.

Pleasant rooms and good concept but let down by out of order elevator for entire duration of stay (4 days). This was not communicated beforehand and it was clearly a long term issue. Would never have stayed there if I had known of this advance. No recompense was offered. Despite that staff were excellent and helpful.
