Great hotel, clean and spotless. Friendly staff full of helpful advice when asked. Lady at breakfast was super friendly in spite of it being a very busy weekend. Comfy beds, extra pillows and varied great breakfast, what more do you need.

Just stayed for 1 night (unexpected business) & I can tell say this hotel was wonderful... From the check-in experience, to the bar staff & restaurant services it was a great experience - shame it was only for 1 night really! The room was a great size for a single traveller & I was on the 8th floor, corner room, looking directly at the Shard... Spotless, fab restaurant & bar menu & a great location for Waterloo station. Can't comment on anything else as it was a flying visit but wouldn't hesitate to stay again... Faultless.....

Staff are beyond compare. Well done to every single one of you. We stayed 3 days (2 nights) and have nothing but praise for you and your pride in your hotel.
We have stayed in several Premier Inns over the years and occasionally have some issue to raise. Any problems are always treated well and quickly.
This Great Sufflok Street Premier Inn hotel is soooo very close to Tate Modern and Globe Theatre has staff the company should recognise as something special in the way they interact with their visitors. We loved the hotel and the staff from top to bottom.
Jim and Jan from Somerset.

Room Tip: We were on 4th Floor Room 409. No problems. Couple of times we asked for towels or tea and service was spot on and fast and the staff really cared.

the hotel is situated is really close to the south bank, with all of the attractions and restaurants you could ever wish for. one let down is that its not that easy to find and its not the greatest looking place from the outside.
we were greeted by very friendly reception staff and our room was accessed really quickly.
the room itself was really comfortable, couldn't open the windows and the view was shielded on the outside..... to stop you from looking into peoples apartments i guess!
the hotel has an excellent restaurant on the ground floor and we had a great breakfast there even though we didn't have a reservation. a nice touch as some hotels aren't as accomodating.
we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again in the future. as far as London prices go, the price was very reasonable.
